RRP: £29.50 | Key ingredients: white tea leaf, ceramides and peptides
Reviewed by: Naomi Jamieson
Naomi: "As someone with dry skin, I'm always looking for another hydration step to supercharge it with moisture, without overwhelming my skin with too many thick creams or potent ingredients. Laneige's Cream Skin toner allows me to do just that, thanks to its lightweight, milky consistency and gentle, but hardworking formula. It can be used morning and night, for an extra dose of nourishment and features a powerful blend of ceramides and peptides to hydrate and firm your skin. I'm actually on my third bottle of the stuff (that's how much I love it), as it just leaves my complexion looking so dewy and fresh. It's helped to completely banish stubborn dry patches and texture from around my nose and chin - and was a real saviour in the wintertime."
Who should buy it: anyone with stubborn dryness or those wanting to add an extra, lightweight hydration step to their daily routine.
RRP: £33 | Key ingredients: Salicylic acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, hyaluronic acid and ceramides
Reviewed by: Naomi Jamieson & Sennen Prickett
Sennen: "I was first introduced to the Water Bank Aqua Facial during a facial treatment with Laneige to mark the launch of this serum, and it’s earned a spot in my daily skincare routine ever since. The multi-tasking buy in question acts as both a hydrating and re-texturising serum, working to deliver long-lasting hydration and smoothing uneven texture for a glass skin glow. Naturally, I have a fairly dull, tired complexion (radiant isn’t in my skin's vocabulary), however, just patting three drops of this formula onto my skin morning and night made it appear brighter, glowy and plumper. Also, as someone with sensitive skin, I’m always sceptical to try products with exfoliants, such as PHA, BHA and AHA – all of which this serum is equipped with – however, it is gentle enough for me to use twice a day."
Who should buy it: those seeking a glow-boosting treatment packed with powerful exfoliating and brightening ingredients
RRP: £25 | Key ingredients: blue hyaluronic acid and allantoin
Reviewed by: Naomi Jamieson
Naomi: "This has swiftly become my go-to cleanser, thanks to how gentle and hydrating it is. With my dry skin, it's quite hard to find a cleanser that feels as though it's efficiently cleaning without stripping, but this gel formula does it so well. It works into a foamy lather easily, and really feels as though it's melting away grime and makeup residue. Then, post-rinse, I'm left with clean but very hydrated skin (both in feel and look), with no tightness. It's low in pH, which allows it to banish impurities gently, while ingredients like blue hyaluronic acid, allantoin and an Amino Acid Complex combine to target dryness, leaving my skin soft and perfectly fresh. It's become such a reliable step in my routine, and P.S., it removes mascara really well."
Who should buy it: anyone in need of a gentle, non-stripping everyday cleanser
RRP: £26 | Key ingredients: madecassoside

Sennen: "I’m really picky when it comes to facial sunscreens, mainly because of my sensitive skin type and because I don’t like the heaviness of typical SPF products. However, this sunscreen has changed that for me. It doesn’t have that dreaded claggy feeling that most sunscreens do; instead, it feels lightweight and hydrating on the skin. This also meant it seamlessly and quickly absorbed into my skin, without pilling or leaving behind a white cast. As for the effect it does leave behind, my complexion was treated to a natural, healthy glow, but not overly shiny. Also, as someone with sensitive skin, I appreciated how gentle this formula was on my skin, not causing any irritation, flare-ups or redness. I must note that it is slightly tacky to touch, which is worth being mindful of if you're going makeup-free. However, the stickiness can work as a great primer-esque base if you are wearing makeup over the top."
Who should buy it: those seeking a lightweight, SPF50 sunscreen that is great for wearing underneath makeup
RRP: £34 | Key ingredients: blue hyaluronic acid and mint leaf extract
Reviewed by: Sennen Prickett
Sennen: "Powered by proprietary blue hyaluronic acid, of which the molecules are 2000 times smaller than normal hyaluronic acid, this moisturiser delivers the skin with intense, long-lasting hydration all day long. I found my skin to feel moisturised, plump and bouncy throughout an entire day’s wear and kept any excess oil at bay. It effortlessly melts into the skin and leaves the complexion with an enviably healthy-looking glass skin glow – without appearing greasy. It’s also enriched with mint leaf extract, which works to minimise excess sebum and unwanted shine. This allows the gel moisturiser to be incredibly cooling and soothing upon application, which is perfect for someone with sensitive, oily-prone skin like myself."
Who should buy it: those with oily skin seeking a moisturiser that hydrates but helps to keep excess oil under control
RRP: £23 | Key ingredients: hyaluronic acid, ceramides, peptides, peony root extract and collagen
Reviewed by: Naomi Jamieson & Sennen Prickett
Naomi: "A true treat for dry and chapped lips. Not only does this treatment smell gorgeous (like fresh peonies), but it instantly makes my lips feel hydrated and pillowy. It gets to work quickly, dousing the skin with moisture-locking hyaluronic acid and nourishing ceramides and peptides to soothe and plump. I love to apply it just before bed, to condition my lips while I sleep, but I've also been known to apply it on the go, as it delivers such a lovely glossy gleam. Its gel-like formula feels thick and luxurious on the lips, a sensation I actually really like, especially in the cold winter months, as it really feels as though it's shielding and protecting the skin. Despite being slightly thicker, it's still comfortable, absorbs well and isn't super sticky like some similarly glossy balms. Also, while you shouldn't judge a product by its packaging, the cute little built-in spatula brings me so much joy."
Who should buy it: those seeking a nourishing treatment that also doubles as a very pretty gloss (which you can easily layer over your best lip liners, stains and tints)
RRP: £21 | Key ingredients: coconut oil, shea butter and vitamin C
Reviewed by: Naomi Jamieson & Sennen Prickett
Naomi: "One of Laneige's most recognisable and celeb-loved formulas, the Lip Sleeping Mask is a saviour for dry lips. Of course, it's great as an overnight treatment, but the team and I (as well as countless celebs) also use it as just an everyday lip balm, thanks to its almost-edible scent and chic tint. It's available in a range of scents and shades, from Matcha to Chocolate, but the original Berry is arguably the most popular and iconic. I love how nourishing but lightweight it is, and how it adds a subtle raspberry hue to my lips, along with glassy shine. It's not excessively sticky either, which is a big point in its favour. Like the lip treatment, it also comes with the cutest spatula applicator, and I've been so impressed by the amount of product you get - I've had mine for months and barely made a dent as a little goes a long way."
Who should buy it: those on the hunt for a new best lip balm that boasts a felicious scent, a cute tint, and doubles as a hydrating overnight mask.
RRP: £28 | Key ingredients: peony extract and collagen

Naomi: "With its cooling, sorbet-like gel consistency, this eye mask instantly melts into my undereyes and gets to work overnight, supercharging and treating the delicate area with smoothing and firming ingredients like collagen and peony extract. Every time I use it, I wake up in the morning to fresh and hydrated-looking undereyes that are soft to the touch, but also bouncy (as the name promises). I'd really recommend it to those who struggle with puffiness and dryness around the area. The formula does feature fragrance, though, which is something to keep in mind if you have sensitive skin and are prone to irritation around your eyes."
Who should buy it: those seeking an eye cream to de-puff, smooth and hydrate the skin
RRP: £28 | Key ingredients: Probiotic-Derived Complex and squalane
Reviewed by: Naomi Jamieson
Naomi: "This has swiftly become my go-to overnight treatment whenever my skin is looking lacklustre and in serious need of some TLC. Its gel formula feels instantly cooling and soothing, and a little goes a long way. I only need a small amount to completely saturate my skin. It absorbs well, too, which I like, as it doesn't feel as though it has just wiped off all over my pillow or hair as I've slid into bed. Instead, it melts in, leaving my face dewy rather than slick and sticky. In the morning, I awake with that same dewy look - my skin feels plump, hydrated and fresh. I actually wish I'd had this mask in my bathroom cabinet at the start of the winter season, as I think it would have saved me from a lot of texture and flaky dryness."
Who should buy it: anyone with dry skin, wanting to supercharge it overnight with nourishing ingredients like squalane.
How we tested the best LANEIGE products
Like with our best eye cream and best Tatcha product guides, we slathered our faces, lips and under eyes with each targeted formula, using them for weeks (and in some cases months, as many of the buys are actually long-standing favourites in our routines), monitoring the effects - both instantly and over time. We worked to incorporate each product into our everyday routines, using it as advised, to really judge their efficacy.
Each formula was also tested on an array of different skin types, including oily, dry and sensitive and used to combat several concerns - like a damaged barrier, texture, chapped lips and dehydrated skin.
What are the most popular LANEIGE products?
The original Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask in Berry is probably the brand's most recognisable and well-loved product, with famous names like Kate Moss and Demi Moore known to be fans of the formula. It's now available in a range of flavours and tints (Bubble Tea Matcha is Naomi's favourite, while Sennen loves the Chocolate one).
That said, Laneige's Cream Skin toner has also gone viral on social media, along with milky toners in general, thanks to its lightweight feel and ability to act as almost a dewy primer underneath makeup. Laneige have also launched a milky Cerapeptide face mist following the toner's popularity.
