When is the next Selfridges sale?
Selfridges does have seasonal sales, and they're often very generous discounts, like up to 50% off fashion and up to 30% off shoes. To find out when there are seasonal reductions, you'll need to hover over the categories in the header bar and it'll be displayed in the dropdown if there is one currently live. It's worth signing up for the Selfridges newsletter as this is the easiest way to stay in the loop when there are sales.
Does Selfridges have a promo code for first orders?
No, there isn't a Selfridges code for first orders at the moment. However, joining the Selfridges mailing list will give you a heads-up about the latest discounts, including sales and any promotional codes.
What are Selfridges delivery options?
Selfridges offers a range of delivery options to ensure you get your items when you need them. If you’re a UK customer living within the M25, order by midday to secure same-day delivery (6pm-10pm), an amazing way to get hold of last-minute outfits and gifts, although customers should be aware this option is not available on technology.
Selfridges also offers Standard Delivery for £5 and orders should arrive within five working days. Nominated Delivery costs from £8 and is ideal if you need an item to arrive by a certain date. Selfridges also has a Timed Delivery service from £10, for precise and predictable delivery. However, at this cost, if you’re a fairly regular customer at Selfridges, or will shop with the brand more than once a year, you may want to consider the brand’s Selfridges+ membership. This programme offers unlimited UK Timed, Nominated Day and Standard Delivery as well as unlimited Next Day UK delivery for orders placed before 9pm on any value order, all year for just £10. This offer is available on any items on the Selfridges website marked with a yellow plus logo.
Does Selfridges have click and collect?
Live or work near a Selfridges department store? Order by 10pm and you can collect your shopping in-store the next day, for free via Selfridges’ Click and Collect service. Once your order is ready for collection, Selfridges will ping you an email and you can go and collect your purchases. When you go and collect, don't forget to bring your confirmation email, a photo ID or the payment card used to purchase the order.
Does Selfridges accept returns?
New and unused items can be returned within 28 days of receipt. Selfridges offers complimentary returns via its own courier service or by Royal Mail, and online items can be returned in-store if it’s more convenient to do so. If you wish to exchange an item, this can only be done in-store and not via postal or courier services. However, as a multi-brand retailer, there are some exceptions to the overall Selfridges policy and customers are advised to check the returns exception list before making a purchase.

Wait for the sales: Selfridges does have sales on occasion. While the department store did not take part in the Black Friday sales in 2022, Selfridges always takes part in the Boxing Day Sales and its end of year discounts are highly sought after. With queues often stretching around the block, the Selfridges Boxing Day Sales is one of the best, if you’re looking for discounted designer purchases. Alternatively, if you don’t want to wait in the cold on Boxing Day, you can shop the Selfridges Boxing Day Sales from the comfort of your own home, as Selfridges also run its end-of-year sale online. Selfridges has also offered a summer sale, in previous years. As with many brands Selfridges will run offers throughout the year and has a regular 'Seasonal Reductions' tab, discreetly slipped onto category dropdown lists, for items on sale during regular trading periods.

Rent don’t buy: Selfridges has been incredibly vocal about its desire to become more sustainable over the coming years and has made moves to encourage consumers to come on the journey with them. This has included the launch of ‘Project Earth’ which is a shopping category that houses all of Selfridges' more eco-conscious products from both its mainstream designer brands and some of the best sustainable clothing brands too. Included in this is Selfridges' move into designer dress rental, allowing shoppers to engage with and wear branded items without purchasing. How to use your Selfridges promo code
- Scroll through our latest Selfridges discount codes, once you've found your offer, click the 'Get Code' button. This will make a pop-out box appear and you can copy the code.

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. How do we make money?
Our business model works by commission, so when you click one of our offers and then make a purchase on the brand’s website, we get a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent as our offers have helped connect you with the brand.
