The Blue Light Card discount is only available for those in the emergency services who have signed up for the subscription plan on the website. It costs £4.99 for a 2-year subscription and offers those working in the NHS, ambulance service, fire service, police, and similar sectors, up to 15,000 discounts across a huge range of UK stores.
Can I get a Dunelm first order discount?
Dunelm doesn't offer a newsletter discount for first-time orders, however, when you join the mailing list, you'll be entered into a prize draw for a £250 gift card! Dunelm also runs sales all year round, so picking up a bargain is really easy.
Can I get free delivery at Dunelm?
Yes, Dunelm offers free standard delivery if you spend over £49 on the website - this includes the total with a Dunelm discount code. However, the brand offers more than one delivery type depending on the size of the item you’re buying. For example, larger items such as furniture come with a delivery charge of £9.95.
Can I collect my Dunelm order in-store?
Yes, you can! Click & collect is free on all Dunelm orders, no matter your spending. Another excellent feature of this service is that it's speedy, with most collections available to collect within 3 hours. You have up to 7 days to collect, and if you don't collect within that time you'll get a refund. When your order is ready for collection, you'll receive an email. Are Dunelm returns free?
Yes, if you’d like to return your Dunelm purchase, you can so free of charge. The items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging and tags still attached, and you must be able to show proof of purchase with your return - such as a receipt or order confirmation. In some cases, like if the product is faulty and not repairable, the company will arrange a free collection service to pick up the product from you.
