FAQs
Is it worth being a member of Beauty Pie?
If you love beauty products but aren’t too fussed about designer packaging or using lots of different brands, then yes, we think it's well worth being a member! The savings you can make on high-quality products are huge, and we love the transparency of information Beauty Pie provides - from a complete ingredients list for every product, to breaking down how much of what you are paying covers product development, safety and testing as well as VAT and shipping.
How much is Beauty Pie per month?
Beauty Pie membership either costs £10 per month on a rolling basis, or £59 per year for the Beauty Pie plus annual subscription, which automatically renews. Which one you choose depends on how much you wish to commit. Many customers test the waters with rolling monthly membership at first, then move over into annual membership once they’re happy and ready to fully commit.
Are Beauty Pie products high end?
Yes and no. The whole ethos of this beauty buying club is to bring high end products directly to customers without the exorbitant markups we associate with luxury beauty. So, in terms of quality, these products are of the finest pedigree and produced in the same factories as expensive brands. The compromise? Don’t expect the fancy (some would say, unnecessarily so) packaging and branding of most high end beauty products. Beauty Pie products look good, but they are simply and functionally designed so that every penny of your spend goes on the quality of the formulation, not the box.
Does Beauty Pie have free delivery?
Beauty Pie delivery is free for members’ first purchases. After that, standard delivery costs £3.36 and takes 3-5 working days. Or, for delivery the next working day you can choose express delivery for £6.29, although some postcodes are excluded from this option.
Can I return items to Beauty Pie?
Yes, provided an item is in saleable condition and is unopened with hygiene seals intact you can return it to Beauty Pie by requesting a return within 14 days of receipt. After your refund request has been authorised by Beauty Pie’s in-house team, they will send you a free returns label to use by dropping your items into an Inpost locker near you.
Is Beauty Pie easy to cancel?
You can cancel Beauty Pie by submitting an online form, allowing 72 hours for the team to process the cancellation. It’s worth bearing in mind that if you are on monthly membership and cancel within 14 days of joining, you will also be refunded your membership fee. After this, you can cancel at any time but will not get the fee back. With an annual membership, you get the same 14-day cooling-off period, but after that, are locked in for the year so can only cancel your next annual auto-renewal.
Hints and Tips
Using Beauty Pie voucher codes isn’t the only way to save money on your beauty shopping, those in the know can also:
Sign up for membership: At the risk of stating the obvious, being a Beauty Pie member is the main way to save money with Beauty Pie. There are two subscription options, Beauty Pie Monthly, a rolling £10 per month membership that offers new customers a chance to try the service before committing. The second option is Beauty Pie Plus, an annual membership that costs £59. Both options have a spending limit, which is essentially the same – £300 worth of products per month (calculated by the non-member's price) This renews monthly for monthly members, but for Beauty Pie Plus is defined as £3600 per year, so you can spread your spending as you wish. You also enjoy free delivery on your first order with both plans.
Bag yourself a kit: Alongside selling individual products, Beauty Pie offers a variety of curated ‘kits’ that offer a chance to save even more money on some of their best-loved products. These are listed on the site’s Kits tab and the selection includes everything from haircare starter duos to complete makeup looks and skincare routines. Look out for The Essential Japanfusion Routine, containing a cleanser, serum, day and night moisturisers plus a face mask. The Beauty Pie Members price for this kit is £68 (£275 for non members) compared with £72 and £300, respectively.
Snap up a multipack: If you already know and love your favourite products, Beauty Pie offers great value multipacks of some of its most popular and repeat-purchased buys. These are currently limited to just a few key lines, such as the Ultralight Sunscreen and Renewed Density Hair Ampoules, so if you do spot your favourite beauty staples, snap them up in bulk and save even more.
Look out for seasonal promos: Aside from the money you save simply by being a Beauty Pie member, the site does occasionally offer price promotions, if you know where to look. These are often seasonal, around shopping events such as Black Friday as well as the January or summer sales, and often benefit those yet to join, such as saving 50% on non-members prices.

What to buy from Beauty Pie
That all depends on your beauty habits. Beauty Pie has a vast selection of skincare, makeup, haircare and fragrance buys to suit a range of tastes, whether you follow a 7-step skincare routine or simply want the best red lipstick to wear to a party.
If you're not sure where to start, well-loved fan favourites include the creamy and blendable Everyday Great Skin Concealer and the Super Healthy Skin Hot Oil Double Cleansing Balm, which deep-cleans skin while nourishing it with the most gorgeously rich texture.
Beauty Pie’s fragrance line flies a little more under the radar, but beauty insiders know this brand creates some of the best perfume for women at very affordable prices. Made in Grasse, France (home of luxury perfumery) these blends are super-sophisticated – try Une Balade en Foret, a zippy bergamot and fir blend with a warm, deep heart of moss and woods.

About Beauty Pie
Beauty Pie is a very rare thing in an absolutely jam-packed beauty market – a completely unique proposition. Billed as a “beauty product buyers club” Beauty Pie works on a subscription model. Members sign up for a monthly fee to gain access to hundreds of luxury beauty products at very low prices. The site offers skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance and body, all created in the same factories as ultra-spendy designer products (the best eyeliners from Italy or the best face moisturisers from Switzerland) These are then sold in fuss-free packaging, direct to the consumer without the markup we’ve come to expect of luxury brands. It is possible to buy products without being a member, at typical retail prices (£75 for a Japanese-made facial serum, say, rather than the member's price of £15) but really, that defeats the whole point. Beauty Pie was founded in 2016 by serial entrepreneur and beauty guru Marcia Kilgore (who also founded Bliss Spa, Soap & Glory and FitFlop amongst others) and now has hundreds of thousands of members worldwide, snapping up cult buys such as the Super Healthy Skin sunscreen and Deluxe Eyeshadow Quads at a fraction of what they would normally cost.
