Does Wayfair offer free delivery?
Most orders from Wayfair ship for free, as you qualify for free shipping once you spend at least £40. For those spending under £40, the cost of shipping is £4.99.
Can you choose a delivery date on Wayfair?
Unlike many websites, Wayfair doesn’t have set delivery options as it uses numerous suppliers, the majority of whom ship direct to the customer once an order has been placed. Instead, once your order has been placed, accepted and dispatched, Wayfair will update you on the progress of your delivery and you can keep tabs on the process through the ‘My Orders’ section of the website where you can use your tracking number to stay up to date with delivery dates and changes.
Does Wayfair accept returns?
You can return items to Wayfair within 30 days of purchasing. You will need to go to the ‘My Orders’ section of the site to start the process of the return and ensure items are returned in their original condition, in the original packaging, or at least suitably packaged for their return journey. Returns to Wayfair are not free and costs will be deducted from your refund. You can arrange for Wayfair to collect and return your item and for a small package this can be between £4.99 and £9.99, or £20 and £50 for a large item.
What payment methods does Wayfair accept?
Wayfair accepts a number of payment methods including: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as payment platforms Apple Pay and PayPal. You can also spread the cost of your payments via Klarna or ClearPay (although charges may apply).

How to use Wayfair discount codes
