FAQs

Does Pets at Home have sales?

Yes, as well as Pets at Home discount codes, you'll often find sales on the website, giving you plenty of ways to save. To find the latest offers, you just need to head over to the 'Offers' page on the Pets at Home website where it'll show you what products are currently discounted. Sales are normally on different brands of cat and dog food as well as discounts on specific item ranges (like 20% off selected collars and leads). The sale items change a lot, so it's worth checking regularly.

Does Pets at Home have free delivery?

When shopping with your Pets at Home voucher code, be sure to spend over £45. Once you’ve hit this magic number, you immediately qualify for free delivery so you can get whatever you need in just two working days.

Can I collect my Pets at Home order in-store?

Yep, Pets at Home does have a click & collect service. It's free for orders over £45, and if you order before 8pm, it'll be ready for collection by 2.30pm the next day! For orders under £45, it can take up to 4 days to arrive at your chosen store. To take advantage of the offer, shop for your favourite products online using the pick of the Pets at Home promo codes that suit you and head to the checkout. Under the range of delivery options, there will be the offer of a Click and Collect service. Once selected, you’ll be able to choose the location of your nearest store or the one where you want to pick up your goods. After you’ve placed your order, Pets at Home will send you an email to confirm your order and another email when your order is ready to be collected.

Can I return my Pets at Home order?

Yes, you can, and as long as the items are in their original packaging and condition you'll be able to get a full refund. You can either return your order to a Pets at Home store, send it back via a courier collection (contact the customer service team to arrange this) or you can send it back to this address: Pets at Home Ltd, Southern Delivery CentreSwan Valley Way, Swan Valley Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN4 9BF. When returning your items, make sure you have your order confirmation email and if returning by post, please write a note about why you're returning your items.

How do I contact Pets at Home?

If you'd like to get in touch with the Pets at Home customer service team, head to the 'Contact Us' page. From here you can click the 'Live Chat' button to start a conversation with a team member. Alternatively, on that page, you can also fill in a contact form but it will take a bit longer to get a response than using the live chat feature.

Does Pets at Home do NHS discount?

Not anymore. Up until November 2022, those working within the NHS were able to take advantage of a separate 10% discount on all purchases when they shopped in-store with a valid identification card. However, this is no longer the case. There are plenty of other offers up for grabs from our list of Pets at Home promo codes though, so whether you’re looking for amazing discounts to shop online or cheaper ways to pamper your pooch, you’re bound to find a way to save.

Does Pets at Home do student discount?

Pets at Home isn't currently offering a student discount. However, you can often find Pets at Home promo codes so it's easy to save on your pet necessities. If you can't find a Pets at Home voucher code, be sure to check our handy Hints & Tips section below to find other ways to save.

Hints & tips

As well as Pets at Home discount codes there are other ways to save on food and toys for your four-legged pals. Those in the know can also...

Sign up for VIP club membership: To get 10% off at Pets at Home, sign up for the exclusive VIP (that’s Very Important Pet) membership online. You’ll receive 10% off your next purchases both online and in-store and you’ll be able to reap the rewards of being part of the Pets at Home franchise. This includes free gifts on your furry friend’s birthday, upgrades when you next visit a grooming salon, and a £10 ear-to-tail health check for your pet at any Companion Care or Vets4Pets surgery, among other exciting opportunities.

Join the VIP Puppy & Kitten club: Download the free Pets at Home app to join the free VIP Puppy & Kitten club. With this membership, you'll get heaps of benefits, including 10% off your first order, £30 off Vets4Pets Complete Health Care Plan, a free month of flea, tick and worm treatment and 50% off dry food and your puppy's first groom. Not only this but you'll also get advice to help you support your puppy or kitten's development.

Use Subscribe & Save: If you’ve got the space to store them, bulk buy essentials for your pet with the Subscribe and Save option from Pets at Home. It’s definitely worth it. The subscribe and save deals mean you never have to pay full price again with excellent price cuts and easy repeat savings on a whole range of food brands.

Always shop the latest offers: When buying online, be sure to check out the Latest Offers section. Both in and out of peak shopping periods, you’ll find amazing savings on food, toys, and bedding options with as much as 50% off.

Look out for checkout deals: Once you’ve selected the products you want to buy, head to the checkout to discover more exciting offers. Just before you process your order, you’ll find smaller packets of bestselling pet food to add to your order. These tend to be less costly than the full-sized bags (as they’re smaller) and offer your pet the chance to explore new foods without the need to invest in a full-sized bag.

Use the free pet food consultation: You can have a consultation with a Pets at Home Care Advisor to help choose the perfect food for your pet pal. This is a free service and you can either go into a Pets at Home store or talk virtually with one of the Virtual Pet Experts.

How to use Pets at Home discount codes

  1. To use your Pets at Home discount code, click through to the Pets at Home website via the link. This is a simple way of accessing the site and doing so will immediately apply the discount to your basket.
  2. Once you’ve found the items that you wish to buy, add them to your basket. It’s important to note that items not included in the promo code offer won’t be discounted at the checkout, so be sure to choose your code carefully and read the exclusions policy.
  3. Follow your basket through to the checkout by clicking on ‘My Basket’ icon. Here, you should see your items there with the discount code applied in the roundup of costs at the side of the page.
  4. If the discount code hasn’t appeared here already applied, you can manually enter the code in the ‘Enter discount/promo code’ box just above the delivery fee and total.

How do we source voucher codes and deals?

We have an expert deals team who dedicate their working hours to finding discount codes, sales, and other great offers to help you save money. They work with affiliate networks and search the web high and low for the best deals around. Once they’ve tested the codes, they add the offers to the brand page for you to redeem.

We also have a partnership team that builds relationships with our brands, negotiating exclusive discount codes (which will be the best offer currently on the market), that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. Once they secure an exclusive code, the deals team then add them to the brand page.

Finally, our editorial team provide additional information on each brand, the FAQs provide much-needed answers to your questions and our Hints & Tips give you advice on alternative ways to save money when there isn’t a discount code available.

What if my promo code doesn’t work?

We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. If this happens, feel free to contact us and let us know by emailing vouchers.womanandhome@futurenet.com.

How do we make money?

Our business model works by commission, so when you click one of our offers and then make a purchase on the brand’s website, we get a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent as our offers have helped connect you with the brand.

The way we do this is by dropping a cookie! When you click one of our links, a unique identifier is added that lets the brand know that you’ve come from Woman & Home vouchers, and that’s how we manage to keep these vouchers free to use!
