Is it easy to cancel Hello Fresh?
Yes, if you decide that Hello Fresh doesn’t work for you, you can easily cancel your subscription via the website. Simply log into your account and at the very top of the page, you’ll see your name. From here, select ‘Settings’ and the subscription you’d like to cancel from the green tabs. If you only have one Hello Fresh subscription active then only this one will appear but if you have more than one, select the one you want to cancel and select ‘Cancel my subscription’. A pop-up window will appear to confirm ‘Your subscription is now deactivated’, which is when you can click ‘Close’ as this is confirmation of the cancellation. Soon after, you’ll receive an email from Hello Fresh once again confirming the end of your subscription.
Does Hello Fresh charge weekly or monthly?
If you sign up for Hello Fresh, you’ll be charged weekly for your subscription five days before your next scheduled delivery. If you want to cancel your subscription or skip an order, you’ll need to do this before this time to avoid a fee or an unwanted box at your door. There are plenty of ways to pay for your Hello Fresh subscription though as the company accept all major credit cards, along with Apple Pay and PayPal.
