When is the next Zooplus sale?
You can always pick up a bargain or two at Zooplus, just head straight to the 'Special Offers' page on the website. Here you'll find seasonal discounts on dog, cat and small animals' pet food, trial pack offers, pet bedding deals and much more. These discounts change a lot, so it's worth checking back regularly.
Can I use Zooplus discount codes with sale items?
Not usually, as Zooplus discount codes tend to only be for specific products, like 25% off Purina cat food or codes for free gifts, like a free pet snack with orders over £25. With this in mind, it's unlikely you'll find one that works on sale items, however, it's always worth checking the terms and conditions to be sure.
Does Zooplus offer a new customer discount code?
Zooplus doesn't offer a specific new customer discount code, however, when customers join the Zooplus mailing list, they get sent 333 zooPoints. zooPoints are part of the Zooplus loyalty programme, which rewards returning customers by giving them the chance to save on future purchases when claiming their zooPoints. So customers can use the 333 zooPoints to save on their next purchase.
Does Zooplus do free delivery?
Yes, Zooplus offers free delivery for orders over £39 so it's worth buying your products in bulk. If your order is between £29-£39 there will be a delivery cost of £1.99 and if your order is under £29 delivery will cost £2.99. It's worth noting that you can only get delivery at Zooplus if your order is over £10. You’ll be able to choose from two courier services, Yodel and Evri, the costs are the same.
Can I get next day delivery at Zooplus?
Zooplus doesn't have a specific next day delivery option. However, most orders from Zooplus will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours and you can expect your delivery to arrive within 1 to 3 days, so you (and your pet) won't have to wait long at all for your Zooplus products to arrive.
What is the Zooplus returns policy?
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it to Zooplus and qualify for a full refund. The brand will also cover the cost of returning the item. Unfortunately, if your order contained personalised items or perishable goods, these cannot be returned. However, if you have received a faulty item, just chat with the customer services team for more information.
Is there a Zooplus NHS discount?
Zooplus does offer exclusive discounts for NHS workers from time to time. The discounts can be found on the Health Service Discounts website so make sure you become a member to find out what's available. Becoming a member of the Health Service Discounts website is free, and gives you access to discounts on various retailer websites, so it's well worth joining.
Is there a Zooplus student discount?

Try out a trial pack first: If you’re not ready to commit to a large order from Zooplus, the retailer offers trial packs of premium pet food and treats - these are great value and will stop you from spending a lot of money on a product that you can’t be completely sure your pet will love.
Bulk buy your orders: If you’d prefer to buy your pet food in bulk, there’s a range of Economy and Saver Packs at Zooplus so you won’t have to worry about restocking for a while and you’ll also be able to make use of a discount. There are lots of different brands to choose from on the Zooplus website, which you can easily purchase in bulk for either wet or dry food.
Join the Pet Charity Discount or Breeder Discount programme: If you work at a pet charity or shelter your organisation can get a 10% discount on Zooplus orders over £59. To become a member you need to fill out a contact form on the website and provide the relevant details of the organisation. Or if you’re a pet breeder and you become a member of Zooplus' Breeder Discount programme, you’ll enjoy a 10% discount on all orders with a total value of £59 or over.
Free online magazine: On the Zooplus website, head to the Magazine page and find helpful advice articles for cats, dogs, small pets, birds and aqua pets and plants.
How to use a Zooplus voucher code
- Once you've found your Zooplus coupon code from this page, copy it and head to the Zooplus website.
- Choose your new Zooplus products and add them to your Shopping Basket by clicking on the basket symbol.
- Click on your Shopping Basket with the icon at the top-right of the page. Here you’ll find a box to ‘Enter Your Coupon Code’.

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. How do we make money?
