When is the next Hobbs sale?
The main Hobbs sales run during normal end-of-season sale periods, where you can find sale dresses and sale coats with excellent discounts. For great deals all year, the brand also has a number of Hobbs Outlet stores across the country. Otherwise, it’s worth signing up for the Hobbs newsletter so you can find out about flash sales or special offers running simultaneously with new season drops.
Does Hobbs do NHS discounts?
To say a massive thank you to key workers and NHS staff, Hobbs offers a 15% NHS discount code on full-price items excluding limited edition products. To claim your NHS discount, you need to sign up for a Blue Light Card. Once you've signed up (it's £4.99 for 2 years) you'll be sent a unique voucher code that you can use at the checkout.
Does Hobbs do student discount?
Hobbs isn't offering a student discount code at the moment but no need to worry, there are plenty of other ways to save at the retailer! For example, you can bag 10% off when you join the mailing list and get a 20% discount with friend referrals. Check our Hints & Tips section for more info.
Does Hobbs have free delivery?
Hobbs offers free UK Standard Delivery for all orders over £150, which should take between 3-5 working days to arrive (although the brand is currently highlighting that during busy periods orders may take a little longer to dispatch). If you have spent under £150, Standard Delivery will cost just £1.95. Hobbs also highlights that you won't be able to amend or cancel your order once it's been placed
Does Hobbs have a next day delivery option?
Looking for a speedier delivery service? Hobbs also offers Premium Delivery for £3.95, which takes 3 working days. For Next Day or Saturday Delivery services, should you need that last-minute Hobbs London dress stat, both cost £6, but make sure to place your order by 2pm on the previous day.
Does Hobbs have a Click & Collect service?
Want to save on postage? With stores across the UK, you can also opt for click and collect which is entirely free - although this service takes around 5-7 working days, so plan ahead if you have a big occasion on the horizon.
What is Hobbs’ returns policy?
Items bought online or in-store can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Unlike a number of other brands, Hobbs has retained its free returns policy, so if you purchased your item through the Hobbs website, it won’t cost you anything to return. Looking to return in-store? That’s fine (and free) too, just make sure to visit a standalone Hobbs store, as concessions are unable to offer this service. If you received an item as a gift, you can exchange your item in-store or receive a credit note for a future purchase for the original cost of the item, providing you with a gift receipt. If you didn’t get a gift receipt with the item, you can still exchange or receive a credit note, but it will be for the current selling price of the item being returned - and again, this can only be actioned in a standalone store.

You can pay on the Hobbs website via any of the following methods: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, JCB, or a Hobbs Gift Card. The brand also accepts PayPal for online orders.
How do I contact Hobbs?
The quickest way to contact the Hobbs customer service team is through the live chat service. To start a conversation, click the black 'Chat' button on the bottom right-hand side of the website. The customer service team are available Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, Saturday from 9am-6pm and Sunday from 10am-4pm. You can also email the team through the contact form on the website. How to use your Hobbs voucher code

- Head on over to the Hobbs website, and add all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping bag.

- Once you have typed your voucher code into the ‘Apply Promo Code’ box, click ‘Apply’. This will activate your Hobbs discount code and the reduction will be automatically applied, showing you your new lower price and you can now checkout as you would normally do.

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. How do we make money?
