What is the returns policy at Schuh?
Schuh accepts returns of unused items within 365 days of purchase. Your return can be started by logging into your Schuh account for free. If you do not have an account, returns will cost £2.50 from your refund total. Socks cannot be accepted for returns. You should also include any tags, labels, or original packaging with your return.
