Can I get free delivery at Whistles?
Yes, you can get free standard delivery when you shop at Whistles, but it's only available when you spend over £150. If your order is under, standard delivery will cost £2.95. Once you've placed your order, standard delivery takes between 3-5 working days to arrive.
Does Whistles have next day delivery?
Yes, next day delivery is available if you order before 2pm on Monday-Thursday. Next day delivery costs vary depending on your order, but you can find out how much at the checkout. Whistles' also has a Saturday delivery for £6 but you need to order before 2pm on a Friday to qualify for it. If you want a cheaper faster delivery option, you can go for Whistles premium delivery, which takes 2-3 working days to arrive. This service costs £3.95.
Can I collect my Whistles order in-store?
If you’re not in a major rush and would like to save money on postage, Whistles offer a click & collect service. Click & collect is free on all orders, but it does take 5-7 working days, so get planning those outfit ideas.
Does Whistles accept returns?
You can return items you are not happy with to Whistles provided you are within 28 days of the purchase date.You can return web orders to a standalone store (not concessions), and, in a rather unprecedented move, you can also return store items directly to a Whistles warehouse, using the Collect+ service on the returns page of the Whistles website. Make sure to use the store name or the receipt ID as your order reference and include your receipt in the return - but, don’t forget to retain a picture or printout of your receipt just in case.
