When is the next Roman sale?
Good news, there's always a sale on at Roman! Firstly, there's an outlet sale that runs all year, offering up to 65% off. What you'll find in the outlet tends to be discontinued womenswear, so it's worth adding the items you like to your basket ASAP as they often sell out quickly. Secondly, you'll find seasonal sales throughout the year, which offer discounts sitewide - we recommend signing up for the newsletter so you can find out when the sales go live and what's on offer.
Will there be a Black Friday sale at Roman?
Yes, Roman has a Black Friday countdown page on the website which confirms that there will be a sale this November! It doesn't say how much the discount will be, but it does say that it'll be on a range of womenswear; from dresses, tops, and more. The countdown page recommends that you join the Roman mailing list so you can stay in the loop exactly when the Black Friday sale goes live.
Can I use Roman discount codes on sale items?
Some Roman discount codes work on sale items and others don't, so make sure you check the T&Cs before you head to the checkout. What's great about Roman is you'll often find more than one discount code for the retailer so your chances of finding one that works on sale items are pretty good.
Is there a Roman student discount?
Students rejoice! A 20% off plus free next-day delivery discount is available for you to snap up at Roman. This student discount is in partnership with Student Beans so to claim your discount you just need to verify your student status on the Student Beans website. You'll then be sent your unique code.
Can I get free delivery at Roman?
Roman offers free standard delivery on all orders. Orders placed with standard delivery will typically take 3-5 days to arrive.
Great news - you can also get free next day delivery on orders over £75, if your order is under this amount, it'll cost £3.75. Your order is only guaranteed to arrive the next working day if placed before midnight, so be aware that any orders placed after midnight are unlikely to arrive the next day.
International delivery is also available and costs £5 or is free on orders over £50. You should allow up to 2 weeks for all international deliveries.
Does Roman accept returns?
The Roman refund policy states that any item can be refunded or exchanged within 60 days of purchase. Any returned or exchanged item must have all tags attached and be in a saleable condition, so anything that has had wear or tags removed is unlikely to be accepted for a return. You can either return your Roman purchase to a physical store or return them for free via post using the pre-paid return label provided.

To contact the Roman customer service team, you can call them at +44 121 636 0701. The phone lines are open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. You can also email the team at customer.service@roman.co.uk but please allow up to 5 days for a response.

How to use Roman promo codes
- Look through our Roman voucher codes. Once you've found the offer you'd like to use, click 'Get Code'.
- This will make a pop-out box appear, showing the code. Press the 'Copy' button to copy the code.
- Head to the Roman website and add all the items to wish to purchase to your basket. Once you have selected everything, click on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner of the webpage.
- Once in your basket, you will see a box labelled ‘HAVE A VOUCHER CODE?’ - click on this to reveal a text box.
- Copy your chosen voucher code and paste it into the text box.
- Click ‘Apply’ and the discount will be automatically applied to your cart, ready for checkout
