Can I use Monsoon discount codes on sale items?
Not usually, Monsoon discount codes tend to be for full-price items only. However, Monsoon sales offer huge discounts, so you'll always save a lot anyway.
Does Monsoon do an NHS discount?
Yep, on the Health Service Discounts website, key workers can redeem an exclusive 15% NHS discount at Monsoon. To get sent your unique code, you just need to sign up on the Health Service Discounts website, it's free!
Does Monsoon offer a student discount?
Not at the moment, no. However, Monsoon often has great discount codes available, like 15% off orders, so it's always easy to save when you shop at this premium fashion retailer.
Does Monsoon have free delivery?
Monsoon currently offers free standard delivery to an Evri Parcel Shop when your order is over £30. When your order is under, delivery to an Evri Parcel Shop will cost £2.95. You can also get delivery to your home address for £4.95. You won't have to wait long for your order as standard delivery takes between 2-4 working days to arrive.
Does Monsoon have a click & collect service?
Yes indeed, and it's free for all orders. Your items will take 2-4 days to arrive at your chosen store, and you have up to 10 days to collect them once they've arrived there. Remember to bring your confirmation email and ID along with you when you collect your purchases.
Does Monsoon do next day delivery?
Yep, if you need your order ASAP, you can get next day delivery. It costs £6.95 and you can get your goodies the next day if you order before 6pm Monday-Friday. Next day delivery excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
Does Monsoon accept returns?
Monsoon accepts free returns within 30 days of receipt of items, except for outlet or sale items, these must be returned within 14 days. Items, as always, must be returned in a saleable condition, with seals unbroken (where applicable) and tags still attached.. Online items may be returned to a store, unless PayPal, Klarna, ApplePay or ClearPay have been used. If you pay using one of these three methods, your order must be returned by post. There are some categories, such as bridal or homeware that can only be returned by post too and we advise you to check before ordering if this could be a problem for you.
What payment options does Monsoon have?
Monsoon accepts numerous payment platforms, including PayPal, Klarna, ApplePay and ClearPay. You can also pay with the following credit cards: American Express, Maestro, Mastercard or Visa. Remember you can also pay with a Monsoon gift card or voucher if you have one.
Is Monsoon's sizing guide accurate?
Monsoon sizing is somewhere between true to size and generous. As a general rule, we would suggest sticking to your normal size. However, if you’ve left it late to shop, you may want to buy your regular size and a size down and return the item that does not fit, just to be on the safe side. Always consider the cut of the item you’re ordering when considering the size needed, if an item looks loose and floaty, it is likely to come up a little bigger than a bodycon item.
