Does John Lewis price match?
No, John Lewis no longer price matches. Where previously the brand did offer a price match against competitors, the policy of ‘Never Knowingly Undersold’ ended in August 2022. However, they will refund the difference if you buy a full-price item and the price is reduced soon after your initial purchase. If you’re shopping for a higher-priced item sometime soon, keep an eye on the webpage for up to 35 days afterwards to see what happens.
Can John Lewis vouchers be used in Waitrose?
The vouchers on our webpage are only redeemable on the John Lewis site - you’ll need to visit the page on Waitrose promo codes to get deals from the supermarket partner. You can, however, use your John Lewis gift card, e-gift card, and other vouchers in Waitrose and any other John Lewis Partnership Store, like Peter Jones.
Does John Lewis have free delivery?
John Lewis offers free delivery for any purchase over £50.00. Any orders under this price come with a minimum charge of £4.50, with additional charges for larger items and those delivered to non-UK mainland addresses.
Does John Lewis have click & collect?
Yep, you can choose a click-and-collect option for no additional charge and pick up your order the following day in some cases, provided you spend over £30. If you spend under £30, click-and-collect costs £2.50 so it’s still the cheaper option. You’ll also find Collect+ and other delivery service options are available to you on check out.
