We can confirm that there will be a Plumbworld Black Friday sale. On the Plumbworld website, it states that the Black Friday sale will be starting early (on 16 November) and there will be a huge selection of bathroom, heating and kitchen items discounted. Make sure you get that date down in the diary to ensure you don't miss out on picking up a deal or two.
Does Plumbworld have free delivery?
The cost for delivery depends on which 'zone' you're in. Zone 1 is the majority of mainland England and Wales, and delivery is free for all orders, including small and bulky items. For the other zones (2-4), delivery is free for small items and costs between £13.99 - £189.99 for bulky items depending on the zone. To find out which zone you fall into, head to the Delivery Information page on the Plumbworld website.
Can I track my Plumbworld order?
Yes, tracking is available once you place your order and the delivery method is confirmed. You will also be given contact details for the courier who is delivering your items. For smaller deliveries, a courier will deliver your items up until 7pm on the day of delivery, and for bulky deliveries, someone will need to be at home for delivery (and the courier will require a signature).
What is Plumbworld's returns policy?
Plumbworld offers a returns policy of a whole year, so if you decide you want to return your new item, you have 365 days to change your mind. Customers have to cover the cost of their return, but the initial delivery charge will be refunded along with the cost of the item.

Does Plumbworld have a showroom?
As an online-only store, there is no Plumbworld showroom and customers aren’t able to view the products sold by Plumbworld in person. However, with a one-year returns policy, it’s easy to get your money back if the product isn’t quite what you expected.
