Can I get free delivery at Papier?
Papier doesn’t currently offer free shipping. Standard delivery costs £3.50, while express next-day delivery costs £6. Some delivery costs vary depending on the product, for example, postage for wall calendars costs £9.99 while the postage for cards is 95p. Standard delivery for products like planners, notepads, journals and stationary costs £3.50. Unpersonalised items will arrive two business days after dispatch and personalised items will take 2-3 days.
What is Papier’s returns policy?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. To start a refund, contact the customer service team at support@papier.com. Like many of the best, customised gifts, personalised items are made to order and cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch with the support team within 7 days of receipt to work out a solution.
Is there a Papier student discount?

How much do wedding invitations cost at Papier?
The cost of wedding invitations at Papier varies based on the design, size and quantity. However, prices start at £32 for 10 cards. If you order more, you’ll save more, so the price will often fall substantially if you place a larger order. If you are planning to buy your wedding stationery through Papier, you’ll also save a further 25% if you buy site credit, and then purchase them using that credit.

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. How do we make money?
