FAQs
Does Superdrug have free delivery?
Yep, you can get free standard delivery on orders over £25 (or for orders under £15 if you're a Health & Beauty Card member). Otherwise, it costs £3. Standard delivery takes 3-4 working days to arrive.
Can I collect my Superdrug order in-store?
If you live near a Superdrug store and need your items as quickly as possible, try Order & Collect. For orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday, you can collect in as little as 30 minutes from selected stores, for free. If your order isn’t eligible for this, Next Day Order & Collect is free when you spend over £15 or £1.50 otherwise. Standard Order & Collect, which usually takes 3-4 days is free of charge for everyone.
Does Superdrug have next day delivery?
For faster delivery, pay £4.90 and place your order before 8pm Monday-Friday and you will receive your items the next day. If you order at the weekend, you can expect your delivery by Tuesday.
What is the Superdrug returns policy?
Absolutely. Superdrug will offer a full refund provided the item is returned within 28 days and that it is unused, with hygiene seals intact and in it’s original condition. There are a few exceptions to this policy, which include personalised items, medicine, and perishables such as food. Returns can be either brought into the store or sent back via post using a Freepost label which can be downloaded and printed from the order history section in your online account.
Does Superdrug have a first order discount?
No, Superdrug doesn't have a discount code for first orders at the moment. However, Superdrug does have a free rewards scheme with the Health & Beauty Card, which allows you to collect points every time you shop that you can then use to save on future purchases. The Health & Beauty Card also unlocks lower prices for specific products. Join for free today.
Does Superdrug have a pharmacy?
Yes, as well as health and beauty shopping, many Superdrug stores also offer a pharmacy service. Currently, of 800+ Superdrug locations, around 200 have a pharmacy and you can check if your local store is one of them here. Otherwise, if you are shopping online you may be able to use Superdrug Online Doctor. This service allows you to access certain treatments by filling in an online questionnaire, which is then reviewed by doctors who will prescribe medication, if appropriate, and organise for it to be delivered to your home or local store. Services offered by the online doctor include treatments for men’s health issues such as erectile dysfunction and hair loss, treatments for women’s health issues such as thrush as well as contraception and sexual health treatments.
Is Superdrug cruelty-free?
When it comes to the thousands of own-brand products on its shelves, Superdrug is Leaping Bunny approved by Cruelty-Free International, which is the gold standard of certification in the UK. Cruelty-free beauty is something Superdrug has long been passionate about, and in 1994 the retailer created its own charter against animal testing which it has applied to all of its own ranges. Of course, Superdrug stocks a wide variety of brands, and these external companies may not all have Leaping Bunny certification. So if you strictly want to shop for cruelty-free beauty, you’ll need to check the policy of each brand you buy from, out with Superdrug’s own label.
How do I contact Superdrug?
The quickest and easiest way to contact the Superdrug customer service team is through the live chat function on the website. Head to the 'Contact us' page and click the 'Chat to us now' button to begin a conversation with an advisor. You can also contact the team through Instagram (you'll typically get a reply within 8 hours) or Twitter (roughly 4-hour response time). Alternatively, if you'd like to contact Superdrug by post, the address is: The Superdrug Customer Team, 51 Sydenham Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 2EU.
Does Superdrug do ear piercing?
Yes, there are over 400 Superdrug stores that offer ear and nose piercing services, with prices starting from £15. Piercing services are available in Superdrug stores that have a Beauty Studio. To find your nearest piercing store, head to the 'Beauty Studio' page on the Superdrug website.
Hints and tips
Using Superdrug discount codes isn’t the only way to save, those in the know can also:
Hit the sale tab: Like many retailers, Superdrug runs promotions on selected stock right the way through the year, so there’s always a chance to snap up a bargain. Handily, every deal is collated under the sale tab for online shoppers so that you can browse them all in one place and filter by product type, brand, and customer reviews. Typical promotions include 20%-50% off specific categories, money-off seasonal buys during periods such as the January and summer sales, and three for the price of two offers on essentials.
Check out the marketplace: Superdrug Marketplace is a unique shopping concept on the website where you can buy from independent sellers directly, often at lower prices than big-name brands. Marketplace allows small indie brands to connect with new customers, and in turn, allows beauty shoppers to discover under-the-radar brands at great prices. If you’re eagle-eyed, many Superdrug Marketplace brands run their own promotions, which you can find on the Marketplace Sale carousel – we spotted a magnetic lash kit down from £35 to £20 and a makeup brush set reduced to £2.99.
Get a Health & Beauty Card: Joining loyalty schemes is a tried and true way to save with your favourite retailers, and Superdrug’s Health & Beauty Card is no different. As well as collecting one point for every £1 spent, which you can use against future purchases, members can also unlock benefits including exclusive lower prices, free delivery when you spend £15, competitions and double points offers. Joining up is free, and you can do it quickly online and then download a digital version of your card, so it’s always there when you need it.
Use Superdrug student discount & NHS discount: NHS workers and students with an NHS or TOTUM card can save an extra 10% on their beauty shopping at Superdrug when they join the Health & Beauty Card scheme. Your first purchase will need to be in-store to link your NHS or student ID with your Health & Beauty Card and activate the discount, but after that, you can enjoy 10% off online and in stores every time you shop.

Superdrug skincare
Ask any beauty expert and they’ll agree some of the best skincare products on the high street can be found at Superdrug, within their own label brands, B. and Optimum. For an effective (and cost-effective) skincare routine, we are huge fans of the gorgeous B range. Try B. Melting Cleansing Balm, which nourishes skin as it clarifies, and the B. Glow Brightening Toner, which includes a gentle blend of skincare acids to smooth the skin and add radiance.
Superdrug Optimum is the skincare collection to know if you are searching for potent skin solutions. Try Optimum Vitamin C Moisturiser, containing niacinamide and ascorbic acid, two of the best brightening ingredients around. Or, for a powerful retinol eye cream, two forms of low-dose retinol combine in Optimum Retinol Eye Cream, offering a gentle yet effective treatment on lines and uneven texture.
