This "cool and breathable" lace bra is great for large busts - and it's reduced to under £20 on Amazon

If you have big boobs, you will appreciate how hard it is to find an affordable bra that feels secure and gives you confidence. I have tried and tested more than 50 different styles in order to find the best bras for big busts, and the majority of them cost twice the price of this eye-catching style.

Until recently, I hadn't thought of shopping on Amazon for lingerie, but this changed when I discovered the Delimira Minimiser bra, which has quickly become one of my favourite T-shirt bras. So when I saw the Delimira Full Coverage Underwired Bra, I didn't hesitate to place an order.

Amazon stocks a vast range of bras, including well-known labels such as Triumph and Fantasie. They also sell their own brand designs, which are often more affordable. Once you have discovered how to find your perfect bra size, it's easy to apply filters and find suitable styles in your size.

I've been a personal stylist for over 25 years, and I understand how important it is to find a great-fitting bra, especially if you wear larger cup sizes. I was keen to try the Delimira Full Coverage Underwired Bra to see how it compares to my other full cup styles. I wore the bra over the course of a couple of weeks and considered the level of support and comfort it provided, along with the shape it gave me under my clothes - here's what I thought.

Delimira Full Coverage Underwired Bra: Shape & Design

This is a traditional full cup bra design. Unlike a T-shirt bra, which has moulded cups, this has two panels that completely encapsulate, lift and centre the breasts. The shape is considered by experts to be the most supportive style for women with large breasts.

The bra is made from a stretch lace that has a slightly shiny finish. The lower part of the cups is lined with cotton jersey fabric. The metal underwires are encased in the lower band. The straps are 1.5cm wide and are flexible, smooth and easy to adjust. The straps are set closer together and are more central than the best balcony bra, making it a good choice for women with narrow or sloping shoulders.

Delimira Full Coverage Underwired Bra: Support & Fit

My average bra size is a 32FF, but for this review, I wore a size 34F, and fastened the band on the middle set of hooks. The bra fitted well on the cups, with no overspill or gaping, but the band felt less supportive than usual.

The back panels have a pretty lace trim, but are not as firm as other best bras for back fat. Overall, the bra fitted well, but I recommend ordering a few sizes and returning any that aren't the perfect fit.

I wore the bra while performing everyday activities, including shopping and walking my dog. The bra provided enough support to ensure I felt comfortable doing these low-impact tasks, but I felt uncomfortable when I had to run for the bus!

Delimira Full Coverage Underwired Bra: Comfort

I wore this bra for a full day and night and found it more comfortable than many of my other full-cup bras. The cotton lining felt cool and breathable. The straps aren't padded and are very stretchy, and I noticed that they started to dig in slightly towards the end of the day. I rectified this by tightening the back band in order to get more support. The underwires are encased in a soft fabric, and they didn't poke or dig in.

Delimira Full Coverage Underwired Bra: Care

This bra is made from a mix of polyamide, elastane and cotton. The label stipulates 'hand wash only', and I washed it with a gentle lingerie liquid soap. After one wash, the bra remained in perfect condition. I will update this review accordingly after washing it multiple times.

Delimira Full Coverage Underwired Bra: Verdict

A great everyday bra at a great price. If you are looking for an affordable bra that will give you medium support and feel comfortable to wear, you will find this bra fits the bill. It's not as sturdy as some full-coverage bras that I have tested, but it provides ample support for everyday wear.
