Our wonderfulpassion fruit cheesecake is the perfect dessert to top off a dinner party and it's the ideal way to incorporate a lovely spring dessert into your menu this weekend. It's the perfect balance of both light and satisfying!

We have cheesecakes, like our baked orange cheesecake or our rhubarb and ginger cheesecake which are full of seasonal flavours and are both firm family favourites. They're so easy to make and you'll be guaranteed to have a house full of satisfied guests.

Spring means Easter and we've got a lovely Easter celebration cake for you to try that's made with rich, indulgent chocolate and is perfect for those who don't love the traditional Simnel cake. Despite the fact that it's got four layers, it's surprisingly easy to make!

If after Easter, however, you're fed up of chocolate, then a tangy tart will never go amiss, so give our classic lemon tart a go. There's nothing quite like homemade pastry, but if you're really short on time you can cheat and use shop bought. If you're feeling slightly more adventurous, then our rhubarb and lemon tart is also wonderful and combines the flavours of the season.

Spring is a time for clean, fresh flavours and all our dessert recipes are ideal for this time of year. Flavours like lemon, passion fruit and rhubarb are all very common this time of year so we've come up with delightful recipes that feature them in a new and exciting way, as well as the classics. Enjoy these dessert recipes as a follow up to your dinner party meal or if you're brave enough to have a barbecue this early on in the season, then why not enjoy them outdoors in the sunshine!
