On the hunt for the best Cyber Monday fitness deals this year? You're in the right place, with just hours to go until the final day of the sale is officially here. As woman&home's digital health editor, regular runner, and keen gym-goer, I'm always looking for top deals on the best brands and top products that keep me moving - here are my top picks from this side of the sale weekend.

Whether you prefer to go to the gym or hit on the pavements in your pick of the best running shoes, having good kit that supports you along the way is essential. Not only will you feel more supported, but you'll likely enjoy the activity more, keeping you coming back time and time again. It can even help to keep you free from injury, especially where footwear and recovery tools are involved.

Sometimes though, these products come with a higher price tag than we'd like and the deals presented to us across the big sale weekend aren't as much of a bargain as we think they are. I scour the internet every year though, waiting to find the best deals and already this year, I've found amazing savings on the best Fitbits and worthwhile picks in the Gymshark Black Friday sale. For Cyber Monday 2023, I'm continuing to gather a collection of impressive deals on some of the products I always recommend, no matter the workout.

Today's best Cyber Monday fitness deals

Sweaty Betty Power Gym Leggings: was £88now £44 at Sweaty Betty (save £44)

Sweaty Betty Power Gym Leggings: <a href="https://www.awin1.com/awclick.php?awinmid=32541&awinaffid=103504&clickref=hawk-custom-tracking&p=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.sweatybetty.com%2Fshop%2Fbottoms%2Fleggings%2Fpower-gym-leggings--SB5400_BlackConfettiPrint_FullLength.html%3Fcgid%3Dpower-leggings%26dwvar_SB5400_BlackConfettiPrint_FullLength_color%3Dblackconfettiprint%26dwvar_SB5400_BlackConfettiPrint_FullLength_leg-length%3Dfulllength%26tile%3D5%26oldpid%3DSB5400_BlackConfettiPrint_FullLength#start=0&sz=24" data-link-merchant="sweatybetty.com"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">was £88 now £44 at Sweaty Betty (save £44)

There are two pairs of leggings I will recommend to anyone who asks - the <a href="https://www.womanandhome.com/fashion/sweaty-betty-power-leggings/" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"" data-link-merchant="sweatybetty.com"">Sweaty Betty Power Gym Leggings are one of them. Complete with a secure side pocket and discreet drawstring waistband, and made from super smooth, sweat-wicking, and supportive material, it truly doesn't get better than these. They're durable too, so even if you workout in them multiple days a week, you won't need to invest again for a few years.

Gymshark Vital Seamless 2.0 Leggings: was £45now £31.50 at Gymshark (save £13.50)

Gymshark Vital Seamless 2.0 Leggings: <a href="https://click.linksynergy.com/deeplink?id=kXQk6%2AivFEQ&mid=47788&u1=hawk-custom-tracking&murl=https%3A%2F%2Fuk.gymshark.com%2Fproducts%2Fgymshark-vital-seamless-leggings-black-marl-logo" data-link-merchant="gymshark.com"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">was £45 now £31.50 at Gymshark (save £13.50)

The other pair of leggings I recommend are the Gymshark Vital Seamless 2.0 Leggings. I have about five pairs of these and my oldest (coming up to 4 years in rotation) is still going strong - if not a little closer to being grey than black. I find these are great for the gym, they don't ride up or fall down and they have a supportive waistband with a flattering fit. In the Gymshark sale, some colourways are up to 70% off as well.

Fitbit Inspire 3 Smartwatch: was £84.99now £67 at Amazon (save £17.99)

Fitbit Inspire 3 Smartwatch: <a href="https://target.georiot.com/Proxy.ashx?tsid=107649&GR_URL=https%3A%2F%2Famazon.co.uk%2FFitbit-Activity-6-months-Membership-Readiness%2Fdp%2FB0B6WRTPNV%3Ftag%3Dhawk-future-21%26ascsubtag%3Dhawk-custom-tracking-21" data-link-merchant="Amazon UK"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">was £84.99 now £67 at Amazon (save £17.99)

The <a href="https://www.womanandhome.com/health-wellbeing/fitbit-inspire-3-review/" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"" data-link-merchant="Amazon UK"">Fitbit Inspire 3 is one of the newest Fitbits around - and a favourite of mine. It features all the essential elements of a great fitness tracker with heart rate monitoring, GPS, and 20 exercise modes, as well as smartwatch elements like sleep and stress tracking, notifications, and more. Along with the Sense 2, it's a top <a href="https://www.womanandhome.com/health-wellbeing/wellbeing-gift-fitbit-sense-2/" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"" data-link-merchant="Amazon UK"">wellbeing gift if you're in the giving mood.

Polar H10 Heart Rate Monitor:was £76.50now £53.55 at Polar (save £22.95)

Polar H10 Heart Rate Monitor: <a href="https://track.webgains.com/click.html?wgcampaignid=162949&wgprogramid=293045&clickref=hawk-custom-tracking&wgtarget=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.polar.com%2Fuk-en%2Fsensors%2Fh10-heart-rate-sensor" data-link-merchant="polar.com"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">was £76.50 now £53.55 at Polar (save £22.95)

When running on a treadmill, it's best to use a heart rate monitor in my experience to get an accurate reading. I find it picks up my pace better than any watch. Connected to a band around your chest, sitting under your bra strap, the Polar H10 feeds data back to your phone while you're on the move. It's also a great (and much more affordable) option if you're someone who doesn't want to wear a fitness tracker all the time and you just want something to wear on the move or at the gym.

Freya Dynamic Non-Wired Sports Crop Top Bra: was £34.56 now £28.80 at John Lewis (save £5.76)

Freya Dynamic Non-Wired Sports Crop Top Bra: <a href="https://john-lewis-and-partners.pxf.io/c/221109/871855/12148?subId1=hawk-custom-tracking&sharedId=hawk&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.johnlewis.com%2Ffreya-dynamic-non-wired-sports-crop-top-bra-black%2Fp5326182" data-link-merchant="johnlewis.com"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">was £34.56 now £28.80 at John Lewis (save £5.76)

Freya is one of my favourite sports bra retailers as someone with larger boobs. The sports crop top is available in sizes upwards of 30DD and offers total support no matter the activity - yes, running included. It's constantly in my rotation and refreshing to see it as one of the few larger cup sports bras in the John Lewis Cyber Monday sale.

If you're looking for a smaller size range, testers from our selection of <a href="https://www.womanandhome.com/health-wellbeing/best-sports-bras/" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"" data-link-merchant="johnlewis.com"">best sports bras rated the <a href="https://www.awin1.com/awclick.php?awinmid=32541&awinaffid=103504&clickref=hawk-custom-tracking&p=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.sweatybetty.com%2Fshop%2Funderwear%2Funderwear-sports-bras%2Fpower-medium-support-sports-bra-SB8993_Black.html" data-link-merchant="sweatybetty.com"" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"" data-link-merchant="johnlewis.com"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Sweaty Betty Power Medium Support Sports Bra highly - also on sale with upwards of 25% off.

Shokz OpenFit Headphones: was £179.99now £152 at Amazon (save £27)

Shokz OpenFit Headphones: <a href="https://target.georiot.com/Proxy.ashx?tsid=107649&GR_URL=https%3A%2F%2Famazon.co.uk%2FSHOKZ-Bluetooth-Headphones-Microphone-Resistant-Black%2Fdp%2FB0BYSQDWRT%3Ftag%3Dhawk-future-21%26ascsubtag%3Dhawk-custom-tracking-21" data-link-merchant="Amazon UK"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">was £179.99 now £152 at Amazon (save £27)

The Shokz OpenFit headphones work through DirectPitch technology, which leaves the ears open so you can hear what's going on around you while listening to your favourite music and podcasts. These are an essential for me and well-worth the investment if you find yourself exercising outdoors a lot, where it's important to be aware of traffic, pedestrians, and other potential hazards. The earlier model - the <a href="https://target.georiot.com/Proxy.ashx?tsid=107649&GR_URL=https%3A%2F%2Famazon.co.uk%2FConduction-Headphones-Bluetooth-Earphones-Waterproof-Black%2Fdp%2FB09BW1QVVT%3Ftag%3Dhawk-future-21%26ascsubtag%3Dhawk-custom-tracking-21" data-link-merchant="Amazon UK"" data-link-merchant="Amazon UK"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">OpenRun - works through bone conduction and is also £40 off, if you're looking for a slightly cheaper option that's really just as good.

Hoka One Clifton 8 Trainers: was £130£90.99 at Hoka (save £39)

Hoka One Clifton 8 Trainers: <a href="https://www.awin1.com/awclick.php?awinmid=17203&awinaffid=103504&clickref=hawk-custom-tracking&p=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.hoka.com%2Fen%2Fgb%2Fblack-friday-women%2Fclifton-8%2F1119394-SS.html" data-link-merchant="hoka.com"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">was £130 £90.99 at Hoka (save £39)

I run every few days and have covered multiple half-marathon distances - and these are my go-to shoes for every race and run. The Clifton 8 is comfortable and offers excellent support around the ankle and midfoot, making all distances smooth. They're also lightweight and durable, with an early-stage metarocker that helps you move through every step.

Reebok Nano X3 Shoes: was £110£77.99 at Sports Direct (save £32.01)

Reebok Nano X3 Shoes: <a href="https://www.prf.hn/click/camref:1101lN4tV/pubref:hawk-custom-tracking/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.sportsdirect.com%2Freebok-nano-x3-99-121327%23colcode%3D12132702" data-link-merchant="sportsdirect.com"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">was £110 £77.99 at Sports Direct (save £32.01)

When I'm not wearing my Hoka Clifton 8s, you'll find me in these. <a href="https://www.womanandhome.com/health-wellbeing/black-friday-reebok-nano-x3/" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"" data-link-merchant="sportsdirect.com"">Reebok's Nano X3 gym trainers are my latest investment - I'd had a previous version (X1) for a few years before finally admitting I needed a new pair. For the gym, they're just perfect. Complete with flat soles (but including some arch support) for stability, padded ankle support, and comfortable cushioning all round, these are ideal for weighted workouts, HIIT classes, boxing, and everything inbetween. In contrast to earlier models, they're also suitable for some short-distance running - nothing more than 5km though, I've found.

Theragun Elite Ultra-Quiet Handheld Deep Tissue Massage Gun: was £375 now £249 at Amazon (save £126)

Theragun Elite Ultra-Quiet Handheld Deep Tissue Massage Gun: <a href="https://target.georiot.com/Proxy.ashx?tsid=107649&GR_URL=https%3A%2F%2Famazon.co.uk%2FTheragun-Ultra-Quiet-Handheld-Tissue-Massage%2Fdp%2FB0C4M8BZXV%3Ftag%3Dhawk-future-21%26ascsubtag%3Dhawk-custom-tracking-21" data-link-merchant="Amazon UK"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">was £375 now £249 at Amazon (save £126)

Theragun are the cream of the crop when it comes to self-massage tools, helping to iron out the aches and knots that come with daily movement. It comes with four attachments - a Thumb for lower back pain relief, Cone for feet and hands and pinpoint treatment, Wedge for shoulder tension, and standard balls for all-over use. This is one of the best Cyber Monday deals I've seen generally as well this year, at over £120 off on Amazon.

FitBeast Resistance Bands: was £42.99now £27.19 (save £15.80)

FitBeast Resistance Bands: <a href="https://target.georiot.com/Proxy.ashx?tsid=107649&GR_URL=https%3A%2F%2Famazon.co.uk%2FFitBeast-Resistance-Different-Exercise-Powerlifting%2Fdp%2FB087CSNDRT%3Ftag%3Dhawk-future-21%26ascsubtag%3Dhawk-custom-tracking-21" data-link-merchant="Amazon UK"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">was £42.99 now £27.19 (save £15.80)

Resistance bands are a must, no matter your level of fitness. This set from Amazon comes with five different resistance (weight) options, ranging from 2kg to 56kg, that you can use instead of handheld weights or to support your own bodyweight. It also has a useful door anchor so you can turn your space - whether that's your home or hotel room - into a gym. I find them so useful for home workouts.

Bulk Vegan Protein Powder:was £29.99now £13.99 (save £16)

Bulk Vegan Protein Powder: <a href="https://go.redirectingat.com/?id=92X1623315&xcust=hawk-custom-tracking&xs=1&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bulk.com%2Fuk%2Fvegan-protein-powder.html&sref" data-link-merchant="SkimLinks - bulk.com"" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">was £29.99 now £13.99 (save £16)

Protein is essential for so many essential bodily processes from regulating our appetite to maintaining muscle mass as we age. Having a little extra in your diet is even better if you work out regularly. Bulk's Vegan Protein Powder (in strawberry, but there are other flavours too) is my favourite and one of the <a href="https://www.womanandhome.com/health-wellbeing/best-protein-powders-for-women/" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"" data-link-merchant="SkimLinks - bulk.com"">best protein powders around. As a plant protein, I find it easier to digest than whey and it tastes just like a milkshake.

Where are the best Cyber Monday fitness deals in 2023?

What fitness items are worth buying in the Cyber Monday sale?

It's no secret that Cyber Monday isn't always all it's cracked up to be. For example, sometimes, deals are better at other times of the year or prices can go up right before the weekend only to come down when Cyber Monday hits. However, as the health editor at woman&home, I scope out these deals and look at prices on fitness essentials all year round. So, I can see where there's an actual deal, with a real saving to be had, this weekend.

In the Cyber Monday sale, I'd suggest focusing on traditionally higher-priced items that you buy infrequently - such as running trainers, a pair of the best workout leggings, and fitness technology - and everyday items that often need restocking - like protein powders and supplements. In my experience, and especially this year it seems, these are often the items that come with the best deals as well.

For example, trainers and boots, shoes that help you on the move are essential for supporting your feet, keeping you comfortable, and helping to avoid injury. However, they often come with a higher price tag, especially if you go for the best walking shoes or premium brands of trainer. In 2023, I've already seen excellent Cyber Monday fitness deals on Hoka running shoes - like the Clifton 8, Clifton 9, and the ever-popular, super-supportive Bondi 8. In walking boots and shoes, Merrell is one of the best retailers and they are currently offering 40% off selected products.

Where kit is concerned, in my books, it's got to be Sweaty Betty or Gymshark for Cyber Monday fitness deals. Both offer leggings, tops, jackets, and accessories with a premium feel and exceptional functionality, and both have great deals this Cyber Monday. Of the bunch, my favourites are the Sweaty Betty Power Leggings as noted and the Gymshark Vital Seamless 2.0 for squat-proof, sweat-proof, comfortable leggings that don't ride up, fall down, or otherwise inconvenience you.
