How healthy are you really? A new Government quiz has been created targeting middle-aged people in the UK to make healthy lifestyle changes.
One You is the first ever nationwide campaign addressing preventable disease in adults, and is Public Health England’s biggest initiative since Change4Life.
The interactive quiz determines how healthy you are by asking you questions on your diet, exercise habits and day-to-day mood, giving tailored advice according to your answers. Smokers and drinkers will also receive tips on how to cut down to improve health.
The current statistics for the health of Britons is worrying – around 40% of all deaths in England are related to poor lifestyle choices, and the NHS spends more than £11bn a year on treating illnesses caused by the effects of diet, inactivity, smoking and drinking alcohol.

Professor Sir Muir Gray, clinical adviser for the One You campaign says: “Many diseases that impact people’s health and shorten their active lives can be prevented.
