Lady Louise to follow in Prince William and Kate Middleton's footsteps
Lady Louise is set to follow in her older cousin's footsteps as she has received her A-Level results and is set to head to university

Lady Louise is set to follow in her cousin's Prince William's footsteps as it is revealed that will be attending the same university at the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
- The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge both attended the same university.
- It has now been announced that another member of the royal family will be following this university tradition.
- In other royal news, The ‘daft’ royal tradition ended by the Queen after Prince Philip’s complaints revealed.
It has been revealed that Lady Louise received her A-level results at Bagshot Park on Thursday, August 18, 2022. While some of the Royal Family's A-level and GSCE results have been released, Lady Louise's results were kept private and not announced to the public.
It is known that Lady Louise studied English, History, Politics and Drama at AS level, but it's unclear what the royal ended up studying for the A-Levels. Although her grades were not announced by the Royal Family, it has been revealed that she will be attending the same university as some of her royal cousins.
Like the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Louise will be going to St Andrews in Scotland where she will be studying English. A Buckingham Palace spokesman said, "Having received her A-level results today, Lady Louise will start at St Andrews University in September to study English."
The revelation about Lady Louise Windsor’s future plans has been received with excitement by fans who are loving the sweet royal tradition that has emerged in the Royal Family.
Prince William had a relatively private and secluded education at St Andrews, the same university where he met his now wife, Kate Middleton. Although they have now been married for more than a decade, it was recently revealed that Kate Middleton and Prince William’s first meeting ended with her ‘scuttling off’ red-faced with embarrassment at meeting a celebrity.
During an interview about their engagement in 2011, Kate revealed, "Well actually I think I actually went bright red when I met you and sort of scuttled off feeling very shy about meeting you." Catherine added that despite this initially awkward first meeting the pair became fast friends. "William wasn’t there for quite a bit of the time initially. He wasn’t there for Freshers Week, so it did take a bit of time for us to get to know each other. But we did become, you know, very close friends from quite early on," said Catherine.

This romantic story has certainly put St Andrews on the global map, but the Russell Group University is a fantastic place to study in its own right. Although the Royal Family have not revealed what Lady Louise achieved in her A-Levels, it can be predicted that the young royal did exceedingly well to get into such a prestigious school.
