On 30th January the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William embarked on their very first engagement of their royal 4-day tour of Sweden and Norway, at a bandy hockey match in the capital of Stockholm.

Given that the weather is a blistering -1 in the icy country at the moment, the royals made sure to wrap up warm in coats, hats and gloves for their visit.

Prince William wrapped up warm in a cosy puffa jacket and red bobble hat, while the Duchess looked stylish as ever in a luxurious Burberry coat.

The Duchess also donned a pom-pom beanie hat, though her's was in grey in order to match her neutral colour theme for the visit. Catherine also made sure she was ready to walk on the sturdy ice, with a £170 pair of Sorel snow boats - perfect for the winter conditions.

But while the rest of her outfit was the perfect combination of practical and fashionable, it was her faux-fur trimmed gloves we had our eyes on.

The black, suede winter accessory essentials made for the ideal addition to her outfit, protecting the Duchess' hand from the bitterly cold weather.

And best of all, it seems that the stylish pick are actually from a popular high-street retailer - and are sold at a very reasonable price.

After much research, it looks as though Catherine is wearing the Women's Black Faux Fur Trim Suede Gloves, from none other than John Lewis.

The gloves have the same grey faux-fur trim as Catherine, and identical silver buckle. We always knew Catherine was a fan of the high-street...

The gloves were available for just £20, but sadly, it seems they have now sold out.

However, don't despair, as there is a pair of brown faux fur gloves from John Lewis that are equally as fashionable - and cosy!

The retailer currently sells a pair of suede faux fur trim thermal gloves in dark brown, all for the excellent price of £21, after being reduced from £40. You can buy them here (opens in new tab).

Sadly, even this pair is quickly selling out, and is only available in an extra small - so get them while you can!

woman&home online have contacted John Lewis to enquire about whether the original gloves will be back on sale.
