Wordle 520 has frustrated a number of wordle players with an unfamiliar word, but what is the definition of today's word challenge?
A certain word has infuriated a number of Wordle players who struggled to solve a particularly uncommon five-letter word on Monday, November 21, 2022.
Wordle players have been totally stumped by yet another tricky five-letter word as the game makers at the New York Times challenged players to solve an unfamiliar word.
While this isn't the first time players have been thrown a curveball - as words such as; leery, coyly, quart, and agape have caused a lot of frustration for fans in the past - this challenge on November 21, posed a particularly hard challenge for fans.
The answer for the Wordle challenge on November 21 was 'axiom'. This stumped a number of players who took to social media to complain about the difficulty of this challenge.
"Wordle 520 5/6 I was like, 'Nah. That can't be it. It must be something else.' But I couldn't think of anything else and finally tried the word. I've never heard of it," said one fan on Twitter.
"Today was a really hard word. Not that I didn't know, but" it was not something that comes to mind at first. #Wordle 520 5/6*," said another who still managed to solve the challenge.
Others struggled to solve the challenge completely. "Wordle 520 X/6 This was impossible I didn't know that the featured word today is an actual existing word that people actually use unironically," said one player.

"Wordle 520 X/6 Turns out I'm not that thick, today's Wordle is not even a word," said another. "Wordle 520 X/6 You made that up Wordle," complained yet another player.
One player simply stated, "Wordle 520 X/6 what on planet earth is that."
