As well as the best pillow and duvet, a good eye mask is key to a great night's sleep - especially in the current climate.

So it's no surprise that these silk masks, from the Drowsy sleep company, sold out and gained a 1000 strong waitlist last year.

The eye masks, which have also gained five-star reviews, are loved by celebrities too - including Mollie King, Jodie Kidd and Vogue Williams, for their anti-ageing properties.

Customers are still going wild for them, with one taking to social media to say: "Omg.... the best I have ever experienced.... thank you."

Another happy sleeper said: "These are dreamy," while another showed her appreciation by simply saying: "They’re so good."

While the masks, which are priced at £49.50, but are currently on sale, have had hundreds of five-star reviews on their website, with one comment revealing: "This one is perfect  - it's fully adjustable both the band and the nose area so you can 100% block out the light, it is so comfortable and I have slept better since purchasing, it is pricey but honestly worth the money."

The silk gives them their anti-ageing properties and help to retain skin moisture and provide a hypoallergenic effect while you get your beauty sleep.

Mum of two Vogue Williams recently shared an Instagram video of her wearing one of the silk masks before an afternoon nap, while celebrities such as Molly King swear by theirs for a good nights sleep.

Other benefits of the mask are their design - wide cushioned and fully adjustable, so unlike some other masks they completely block out all sleep-interrupting light.

The company was founded by two former insomniacs - brothers Rich and Thom Hemelryk. As well as their sell-out eye masks Drowsy also make pillow sprays to help you nod off and have a good night's sleep.
