Royal fans praise Prince Charles for deeply personal speech about 'your Majesty, mummy' at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee concert
Prince Charles delivered a heartfelt tribute to his mother, Her Majesty the Queen
Prince Charles delivered an emotional speech about "Your Majesty, mummy", saying, "You laugh and cry with us and, most importantly, have been there for us, for these 70 years," moving royal fans.

Both Prince William and Prince Charles took to the stage at the BBC Party at the Palace Platinum Jubilee celebrations, with Prince Charles offering a heartfelt tribute to his mother. While Prince William's Platinum Jubilee speech started with a joke, Prince Charles' speech was more emotional.
The Duke of Cornwall paid tribute to the Queen and her legacy, with a touching tribute to her late husband and his father, Prince Philip.
"Your family now spans four generations. You are our Head of State. And you are also our mother," he said.
"Your 'strength and stay' is much missed this evening, but I am sure he is here in spirit… My Papa would have enjoyed the show and joined us wholeheartedly in celebrating all you continue to do for your country and your people.
"Looking back, we think of the countless state occasions that are milestones along this nation’s road. And you will think of red boxes, filled with government papers, at the end of the day."
Fans reacted warmly to the speech, taking to Twitter to address Prince Charles.

While another said, quoting Prince Charles, "'You pledge to serve your whole life, you continue to deliver' - a heartwarming speech by Prince Charles! 70 years, Hip Hip Hooray! Thank you, your Majesty."

Prince Charles continued in the speech to talk about how things have changed, "How things have changed… We think of all you have done to make the Commonwealth such an important force for good. You continue to make history.
"And there was still time for fun amongst the work. We might have been celebrating that Derby winner this evening… next year, perhaps?
"But I know what really gets my mother up in the morning is all of you, ladies and gentlemen, all of you watching at home, represented here tonight in this great audience."
The Queen herself didn't attend the event, but the Queen's grandchildren, the Queen's great-grandchildren all came together to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee 2022.
