The Queen and Kate Middleton have formed a special bond and the pair have grown closer as Her Majesty's health concerns mount, say royal insiders.
- Buckingham Palace announced that the Queen had a short stay at King Edward VII's Hospital in London on October 21.
- Since this hospital visit, royal insiders say that the Duchess of Cambridge has made a special effort to be close to the Queen.

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, has made a sweet gesture to the Queen on behalf of her family. A source told US Weekly that the Duchess and the Queen, “have been talking more than ever since [the] health scare,” and that Kate, “has a special bond with the queen.”
As well as having “one-on-one phone conversations,” with the Queen. The source claimed, “Duchess Kate sent the queen a huge bouquet of flowers from her family.” The source revealed that the Duchess also enlisted the Queen's great-grandchildren to help with the gesture as, “George, Charlotte, and Louis made ‘get well soon’ cards.”
Prince Louis, Princess Charlotte, and Prince George
After the Queen spent a night in the hospital last week, royal representatives explained that Her Majesty was undergoing some 'preliminary investigations,' and was in 'high spirits.'
Despite this, the Queen pulled out of the COP26 summit and has been unable to walk her own dogs, since her health scare. Her Majesty also missed a Sunday service of church at her local chapel at Windsor Castle. This has only concerned fans further who are worried that the Queen's health may be worse than officials are letting on.
The source also revealed, “The queen says she’s fine and doing well, but she’s said that before, so naturally [the family is] concerned.” The source added, “They’d been urging her to take it easy for months.”
For this reason, Prince Harry has been urged to fly to the UK in order to be by the Queen's side if her health should take a turn.
Although Prince Harry is still in the US, the Queen has been visited by other members of the royal family, including her granddaughter Lady Louise who visited the Queen soon after she came out of the hospital.
