Wordle 465 has infuriated players with yet another tricky word challenge, but why have people found this word so tricky and what does it even mean?

Wordle has been known to throw players a few curveballs, and words such as; leerycoylyquart, and agape have caused a lot of frustration for fans in the past. Yet again on Tuesday, September 27, fans were stumped by yet another challenge, which posed a familiar problem for players.

The answer to Wordle 465 on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, was the five-letter word, 'soggy'. This word frustrated players who often struggle to solve the wordle puzzle when the word contains two of the same letters. Many took to social media to complain about the difficulty of this challenge. 

"Wordle 465 X/6 This one was a mess. It didn't tell me the word either. @NYTimes needs to fix it. #Wordle #Wordle465," said one player.

"#Wordle #Wordle465 Wordle 465 5/6* Double Trouble returns to the game....," said one player who noted the letter repetition. However, they still managed to solve the challenge, "Common word. Not that hard to guess! Except for me Good luck fellow Wordlers !!!" 

"Wordle 465 X 4/6 It was a hard nut to crack. Needed a little help with this one. #Wordle465," added another player who struggled to solve the challenge on their own.

"Wordle 465 4/6 #Wordle465 Tricky one," added another.

Soggy meaning

Some people struggled to solve the word because of the letter repetition, but others struggled because they were unfamiliar with the word 'soggy'. The word is not uncommon but for many people, it is not a word that appears in their everyday vocabulary. So what does the word 'soggy' mean?
