Prince Harry is dropping the formalities at his new gig and will simply be known as 'Harry'. The Duke of Sussex just landed a coveted position at the mental health company BetterUp, where he'll be raising mental health awareness and supporting people who aim to enrich their lives. But to his coworkers, the Duke of Sussex is just another member of the team.
"He's a colleague, he's a partner, and so we address him as Harry," the startup's CEO Alexi Robichaux told Reuters. "Obviously there's a stateliness and he's very dignified, but he is very accessible, very genuine, very humble."

What does Prince Harry's new job entail?
Having personally conversed with the app's coaches, Prince Harry is anxious to make an impact on the brand he is so passionate about.
"My hope is to help people develop their inner strength, resilience, and confidence," he said in a company press release.
He'll be focusing on four main goals: driving advocacy and awareness, guiding the company’s social mission and impact, enhancing the user experience, and expanding the global community.
