As well as drinking plenty of water and exercising regularly, the star is a long time fan of A-list skin expert, Nurse Jamie, for treatments. But like many of us, she also has her go-to skincare products that make up her regular routine.
Thankfully, Hudson has previously shared some of her bathroom cabinet staples over the years – including two specific skincare products she says she's used for years. Keep reading for an insight into her routine.

What is Kate Hudson's skincare routine?
“The two products that haven’t left my counter for years and years are the Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser and Egyptian Magic All Purpose Skin Cream,” she told Well + Good in an interview last year. “I constantly try new products, but if my skin doesn’t feel like it’s responding to something, I [always go back to these].”
This particular Tata Harper cleanser contains exfoliating acids and fine granules for both chemical and physical exfoliation, helping to keep skin smooth and glowing. Meanwhile the Egyptian Magic cream is a multipurpose product moisturizer that can be used just about anywhere.
Tata Harper Regenerating Exfoliating Cleanser, $42, Sephora (opens in new tab) (UK £37, Cult Beauty (opens in new tab))

La Mer The Moisturizing Cool Gel Cream, $190, Sephora (opens in new tab) (UK £125, Lookfantastic (opens in new tab))
Hudson also swears by La Mer's Cooling Gel Cream, enthusing, "It's an amazing product," albeit expensive.
