Fans of premium haircare brand Olaplex will be delighted to hear that Aldi is launching their own Olaplex-inspired haircare range, at a fraction of the price.
Aldi is well known for bringing their A-game when it comes to beauty products - from the LED light mask to the Ebony Rose range and Vegan collection.
And while the average Olaplex shampoo comes in at a pricey £28, or £56 for the shampoo and conditioner bundle, the price of Aldi's Lacura 'bonded' range will start at just £2.99, a saviour for anyone with frizzy hair. The bonding beauty range will consist of a shampoo, conditioner and pre-wash treatment - designed to be used as a hydrating leave-in treatment before you wash your hair, as well as a dry shampoo.
Since launching in 2014, the Olaplex brand, known for some of the best hair masks has expanded its range from two in-salon products and at-home treatment to an impressive nine-strong range that helps achieve salon-quality locks at home.
A firm favourite in the haircare world, Olaplex products are dubbed a hair saviour, working to repair broken bonds caused by colouring and give a much-needed moisture boost to lacklustre locks.
So it's no wonder that Aldi was keen to create a dupe, as they already have popular Jo Malone dupes and luxury skincare dupes.
Aldi's range is available to pre-order on their website from this Sunday (July 24) and in-store from July 28 while stocks last, with the products promising to hydrate and repair damaged hair.

While they don't contain Olaplex’s hero ingredient, bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate, which helps hair bonding, Aldi does claim that the products in their range are a 'cruelty-free formula made with premium ingredients.' These include vitamin E, hyaluronic acid, and hydrogenated castor oil which are all beneficial for healthier hair.
Aldi's Jo Malone dupe candles are a huge hit with shoppers. The impressive candles are 2.5kg and have a burn time of 270 hours, which means you can enjoy the scent all season long. What's more, the dupe of Jo Malone's Pomegranate Noir is a shocking £305 cheaper than the designer product, which is typically priced at £330.
The collection comes in four amazing scents—Lime, Basil & Mandarin, Pomegranate, Sweet Almond, and Macaroon. And last year they also released their seasonal winter scent, Velvety Rose.
So with that in mind, we have high hopes for Aldi's new haircare range!
