Day 23 – your week to relax and prepare
You've worked hard to prepare but it's easy to blow it if you don't plan ahead and get yourself tuned up for that walk.
- Relax more this week, cutting back slightly on your walking and getting lots of rest. Sleep is imperative so soothe yourself at night with a really relaxing bath. Our favourite bath additive right now is Dr Hauschka Lavender Bath £15.66 for 150ml. Trust us it lasts for ages you need so little
- Add two teaspoons to a bath, close the door and breathe …mmmmm
- Add two drops to a basin of water to rinse your face – so therapeutic
