With the news that she's expecting her first child with husband James Matthews, all eyes will be on Pippa Middleton - and her regular mum-to-be updates in her monthly column for Waitrose magazine - as we countdown to welcoming her adorable bundle of joy into the world.
But while everyone has been focused on Pippa's ever-growing baby bump and tracking down a lookalike version of the floral dress she wore to Meghan's wedding, a key detail about the future prospects of the youngest daughter of Carole and Michael Middleton may have slipped under the radar.
Like her sister the Duchess of Cambridge, Pippa could one day hold an aristocratic title of her own. Pippa's father-in-law, David Matthews, is the Laird of Glen Affric and owns the 10,000-acre Scottish estate near Loch Ness in the Scottish highlands, after purchasing it in 2008.
His eldest son James - Pippa's husband - will inherit the hereditary title, upon his death, and Pippa is expected to be bestowed with a title of her own - one that would be recognised in the Commonwealth.
Explaining why the 34-year-old will take to her new position like a duck to water, Australian art historian Michael Reed has previously said, "In coming years and particularly as the future Lady Glenaffric, Pippa Middleton will be able to entertain lavishly on her husband's grand Scottish Glen Affric Estate .
"This is because Pippa herself comes from a family who is familiar with vast landed estates - her great grandmother Olive Middleton grew up at her family's Potternewton Hall Estate, near Leeds - leaving trust funds behind for her descendants."
We also know that Catherine's younger sister is adept at turning her hand to a number of roles, from author to occasional columnist - her words have graced the pages of Waitrose Kitchen, The Spectator and the Vanity Fair to name but a few - so we have no doubt that she can turn her chameleon-like qualities to excelling in the position of Lady Glen Affric.
The Glen Affric Estate - what can the future Lady Affric expect?
Situated within the Highlands National Nature Reserve, The Glen Affric estate is thought to be amongst the most beautiful in Scotland.
As well as impressive guest accommodation for hire in the form of the three-bedroom Stable Cottage and the eight-bedroom Lodge, the estate sits on the stunning shores of Loch Affric, home to a pretty stretch of beach - the perfect place for spotting local wildlife including eagles and red deer.
Guests are also treated to mouthwatering cuisine in the form of Scottish breakfasts, picnic baskets or family-style luncheons, afternoon tea and more whipped up by the estate's in-house chef. And for a spot of down-time complementary estate activities including pony riding, clay pigeon shooting and scenic walks guided by an expert.
And the cost of renting out the whole estate? Well that will set you back from £900 +VAT per person per night all-inclusive!
The estate recently played host to the wedding of James' younger brother Spencer, who tied the knot with his beau Vogue Williams on Saturday June 9th, 2018.
We can just envision Pippa and James raising a glass of local whisky to toast to the happy couple while wearing charming outfits fashioned from the red and green Glen Affric tartan.
The royals should also feel just as at home on the sprawling estate if Pippa and James should extend them an invite for a stay.
The Queen’s grandmother, Mary, already tested the estate's credentials during the late 19th century when she spent a happy spell there.
It all sounds very Downton Abbey, and we can't wait to hear more!
