Sarah Jessica Parker has broken her silence about the recent sexual assault allegations against Chris Noth, taking to social media to share her reaction.
The US actress issued a joint statement on her Instagram story with Sex and the City reboot co-stars, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis, on Monday (20 December) about the disturbing accusations facing the real-life 'Mr. Big.'
"We are deeply saddened to hear the allegations against Chris Noth,” the three women wrote on their individual Instagram stories. “We support the women who have come forward and shared their painful experiences. We know it much be a very difficult thing to do and we commend them for it.”

On Thursday, December 16, The Hollywood Reporter published an article in which two anonymous women alleged that Noth had sexually assaulted them.
'Zoe' claimed that she was raped by Noth in West Hollywood in 2004, while 'Lily' said that he raped her in New York in 2015.
Soon after the story went live, Life in Pieces actress Zoe Lister-Jones posted a lengthy statement on her Instagram, in which she recalled that the 67-year-old was 'consistent sexually inappropriate' and 'drunk' on the set of Law & Order in 2005.
On Saturday, December 18, another woman came forward with allegations against Noth. Speaking to The Daily Beast, 'Ava' said that the actor groped her and forced himself on her while she was working as a waiter in Manhattan in 2010.
Noth has released the following statement in response to the allegations: "The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false. These stories could've been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago—no always means no—that is a line I did not cross. The encounters were consensual."
The actor has been dropped from his talent agency, A3 Artists Agency, and his upcoming new show, 'Equalizer', in light of the accusations.
