M&S is selling a milk chocolate sausage dog egg and it looks too good to eat but we're snapping one up as soon as we've checked out the best fitbit to work off our recent indulges.
First the supermarket wowed fans with its giant Percy Pig shaped chocolate hollowed egg and now they've delivered a tasty treat to dog lovers and chocoholics alike.
Meet Walter the sausage dog - who is one of three new characters to be introduced to the delicious M&S Easter Egg range alongside Bella Bunny and Kylie Koala, all priced at £5.
And fans can't get enough of the cuteness! One fan wrote, "I want a Walter!" while others tagged their friends and family in the post asking for the gift for Easter. Another admitted it looks too good to eat, they commented, "I’m not sure I'd want to eat it."
Meanwhile one girl believes the new addition to the range is a sign they should get an actual sausage dog as a pet which is something they've been contemplating.
She tagged her boyfriend into the comment and added, "If this isn’t telling us I don’t know what is..."
Someone added, "Just buy her the chocolate dog and she’ll be fine" but the boyfriend isn't convinced. He replied, "If only it was that easy".
To which the girlfriend replied revealing that she had even named her pet ahead of even becoming a Dachshund owner, "Not getting away with just the choc dog. Peanut will be mine."
Walter has dark chocolate eyes and nose, and is currently only available to buy in store but bosses are looking to expand to make purchases available online.
Nevertheless, dubbed on the packaging "Pawsitively delicious" he is sure to be popular this Easter so make sure you pick one up if you see him on the shelves as part of your big shop.
