Ingredients
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream, plus one to float on top
- 3tbsp Nutella spread
- 100ml (3fl oz) cold milk
- Flake chocolate bar, crumbled
- hazelnuts, toasted and finely chopped
Method
In a large, tall glass combine the ice cream, Nutella and milk with a stick blender until smooth and thick. Float of scoop of ice cream on top and scatter with the crumbled chocolate and chopped nuts.
Top Tip for making Chocolate Hazelnut Milkshake
For a grown up version to enjoy after dinner, blend the ice cream and Nutella with only 75ml (3fl oz) milk and 3tbsp Frangelico hazelnut liqueur. Serve in 4 small glasses or espresso cups.
