It's officially freezing outside, and we're preparing to hibernate this month with cosy homeware, comfy fashion and hydrating beauty picks.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday have been and gone, but were still looking for the best picks in the fashion, beauty and homeware spheres to kit us out for the rest of autumn and winter. We're still looking for the best knitwear brands to keep us cosy in plummeting temperatures, and planning out some Christmas nail designs to get us firmly in the festive mood.

And with Christmas ever approaching, we're also on the hunt for the beauty gift ideas and gifts that keep on giving with which to spoil our nearest and dearest. But for now, here are our favourite new releases and staples for the month of November.

What to buy in November: The W&H shopping edit

1. Aussie SOS Save My Lengths! 3 Minute Miracle Deep Hair Mask

RRP: £4.66

It’s that time of year when our hair is drier than ever, and in desperate need of some TLC to bring our tresses back to their shiny, healthy-looking best. Aussie’s 3 Minute Miracle is a deep-conditioning treatment that nourishes and hydrates damaged hair, and is especially ideal for those with medium-length to long locks; even better, it smells incredible.

2. Indeed Labs Nanobronze Bronzing Drops

RRP: £19.99

These affordable bronzing drops are perfect for adding a natural glow this winter, because let's face it, sunshine is currently nowhere to be seen. You can wear it on top of foundation as a standalone bronzer, or mix in with your moisturiser for a natural, all-over bronze that's lighter and more subtle than a powder bronzer or one of the <a href="https://www.womanandhome.com/beauty/best-self-tan/" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"">best fake tans.

3. Beauty Pie Super Healthy Skin™ Nourishing Lip Balm SPF30

RRP: £25

Sponsored

It’s not just in summer that your lips crave sun protection. Now that blistering winds and plummeting temperatures are an everyday occurrence in the UK, our lips are feeling chapped and painful, so the hydrating ingredients of squalane, avocado oil and vitamin C in this lip balm will do wonders.

4. Ted Baker Elodie Eau de Toilette 50ml

RRP: £25

The perfect date night perfume, this new Ted Baker scent is a <a href="https://www.womanandhome.com/beauty/best-fruity-perfume/" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"">grown-up fruity perfume with notes of pink pepper, rose and magnolia, as well as smokier notes of sandalwood, vetiver and musk. At only £25, it smells much more expensive than it is and we’ve found it to be one of the <a href="https://www.womanandhome.com/beauty/long-lasting-perfume/" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"">best long-lasting perfumes, too. It’s out of stock at the moment, but we’re hoping it’ll be back soon.

5. Beauty Pie Mood Lifting Candle Set

RRP: £35

Sponsored

Autumn and winter are pretty much synonymous with cosy candles for us, and with this set you’ll be sorted for the season. The luxurious Bahia De Miel candle is a wintry delight with notes of basil, liquorice milk and wild honey, and Clean House offers lavender, magnolia and freesia for a fresh, unique scent. Stock is low for these limited-edition candle sets, so don’t wait around if you’re looking for a thoughtful gift.

6. By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra Pressed Powder

RRP: £42

It's no secret that we love hyaluronic acid in on our skincare for its hydrating properties, but it can also do wonders in your makeup. This pressed powder is perfect for mattifying the skin without making you look too dry or chalky.

7. Dr Organic Seaweed Ageless Eye Contour Serum

RRP: £9.99

It may boast age-defying properties, but we just love this eye cream for how soothing it feels to apply, making it great for sensitive skin types. The brand recommends applying at night, but we’ve found we get the same results from dabbing some on in the morning.

8. Beauty Pie Sleepeasy™ Luxury Mulberry Silk Sleep Mask

RRP: £50

Sponsored

A luxurious silk sleep mask is a thoughtful <a href="https://www.womanandhome.com/gifts/best-18th-birthday-gifts-ideas-372731/" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"">18th birthday gift idea, or just a well-deserved treat for yourself. Eye masks are one of the best sleep aids for those struggling to nod off, and a 100% mulberry silk option in a gorgeous deep red is always a good idea.

RRP: £5.20

Ideal for removing all manner of makeup, this oil has Vitamin C to brighten the skin and will leave you feeling fully cleansed but not dried out. Use it as the first step in your skincare routine in the evening to remove all dirt and build-up effortlessly.

10. StylPro Melody Mirror With Bluetooth

RRP: £36.78

We’ve been using this mirror every morning, as not only does it provide two options for a bright or soft LED light to guide you while you do your morning skincare and makeup routine, it also connects to Bluetooth, meaning you can easily pop on your favourite podcast or Spotify playlist at the same time. It’s also easy to set up and small enough to pop in a suitcase, so you’ll never have to be without it.

11. Estrid Aurora Bundle

RRP: £17.90

We love Estrid for the pretty packaging and sustainable credentials, and this brand-new colour is no exception. The iridescent turqoise shade matches the razor’s deep purple holder and travel case, and you’ll also get an extra set of blades with this starter pack, which is reasonably priced due to the brand’s promise of keeping prices low for essentials. If you want to get regular deliveries of Estrid’s razor blades, sign up for a subscription and never go without a fresh set.

1. Yellowface by Rebecca F. Kuang

RRP: £9.99

The definition of one of the <a href="https://www.womanandhome.com/life/books/42-book-club-books-that-get-conversation-and-wine-flowing/" data-link-merchant="womanandhome.com"">best book club books, Yellowface is a twisty thriller that touches on race, creativity, ownership and the perils of the publishing industry; it was also Amazon's first ever Book of the Year for 2023. If you’re stuck for one of the best gifts for book lovers or want an unputdownable novel that you can get lost in over the holidays, this is the one.
