The wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is fast approaching, and we can't wait!
And if all the excitement of the couple’s big day wasn’t enough, brands across the world have been preparing official memorabilia for the big day. As the big day draws closer, take a look at some of the best commemorative pieces that will be available to buy to mark the upcoming Royal Wedding…
Firstly, high-street retailer John Lewis are selling some cute wedding memorabilia of their own – and it seems it’s flying off the shelves.
The store revealed that sales of their merchandise grew by 67% in early April, and that royal-inspired mugs and tea towels in particular are proving the most popular. In fact, some of their pieces are even sold out already!
In a report, they said, ‘Excitement is building for the Royal Wedding with website searches for ‘royal wedding’ products doubling in early April when sales of memorabilia grew by 67 per cent week on week. Favourite searches include ‘royal wedding mug’ and ‘royal wedding tea towel’.’
John Lewis are currently selling royal wedding pieces from Milly Green – as well as the official Royal Collection wedding memorabilia. But more on that later.

A handy Royal Wedding apron is available for 25…
And a sweet mug, featuring all manner of wedding logos, will set you back £12.99.
An official, Royal Mint coin has also been released to mark the wedding.
The new coin was available to purchase from 1st May, but is proving to be extremely popular – quickly selling out.
And if you think the coin looks spookily like the royal couple, the reason is because the Royal Mint were in fact granted a private reception with Harry and Meghan, following their announcement engagement.
In a statement, the Royal Mint revealed that the meeting was ‘relaxed and informal’. They also said, in the coin, ‘the pair can be seen looking lovingly into each other’s eyes and highlights the easy familiarity and connection between the royal duo.’
But while some versions of the coin are affordable, some are rather more pricey. If you want a £5 uncirculated coin, it’s available for just £13. However, if you fancy a £5 Silver proof coin, you’ll have to fork out a more expensive £82.50. But most expensive of all is the gold proof coin – on sale for a huge £1,980!
However, if practical china is your preference, look no further than this official collection approved by the couple themselves…
Some official commemorative china has also been released for the wedding. The collection was unveiled by The Royal Collection Trust, where it is available to buy. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle personally approved the china, and the pieces contain lots of special details relating to their marriage.
The border design replicates the door of St George’s Chapel, where the couple will be married. The couple’s initials are written in gold on all the pieces, which are cornflower blue, and finished with touches of white. The pieces start at £19.95, for a miniature mug…
For £35, you could be the proud owner of Harry and Meghan pillbox…
£25 will get you a commemorative mug…
But a tankard is going to set you back £39…
And the pièce de résistance is an official commemorative plate, £49…
Each piece will be presented in a blue gift box, alongside a card explaining the design, and giving details of the Royal wedding.
“Commissioned exclusively by Buckingham Palace, this English fine bone china is entirely made by hand in England using traditional methods unchanged for 250 years”, according to the website. The china has been made following traditional methods, and all profits from the sale of the items will go to The Royal Collection Trust.
The Royal Collection has also released a picture of a commemorative heart decoration which will be on sale soon, and could give any room (or Christmas tree) that Royal touch!
A tea towell is being released, and will cost just £9.95, while a commemorative crystal tot glass will cost £17.95.
The collection can be purchased from the Royal Collection Trust shops which are located at Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace, and the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
If you’re looking for some mug memorabilia to sum up the couple of the moment, look no further than these adorable mugs from British retailer Emma Bridgewater.
With the date of the couple’s upcoming nupitals emblazoned on the back, there’s also a sweet description of the pair on the front. It reads, “Game changers, free spirits, big hearts & well suited”. Sounds pretty accurate to us!
They’ve also released another pretty design which simply reads ‘Harry & Meghan’, and the date of their Spring wedding.
The mug also features a royal crest logo – pretty accurate for the adorable couple.
These official mugs go on sale TODAY (19th April), and cost £19.95. But they may not last for long, so you might want to hurry if you want them!
Seen as they’ve also seen their daughter experience a huge royal wedding, the Middleton family seem to have decided to commemorate the next one with some fun wedding items of their own.
Carole and Michael Middleton’s business, Party Pieces, have launched their own royal wedding-inspired items – providing all you might need for your celebrations on the big day.
And lets face it, if any know what you need, it’s got to be Catherine’s parents, right?

Also on sale is a very patriotic cake stand, for all of those all important gatherings and street parties that will inevitably be taking place in May. For £4.99, this could stand pride of place on your table.
And in the words of the Middletons, “Make a delicious cake for the special event and display on this delightful cardboard cake stand”.

However, if you’d prefer an edible memento of the big day, these special biscuits are the one for you!
Luxury biscuit makers Biscuiteers have launched their very own royal wedding tin, which is on sale for £45. The tin includes 18 biscuits, all featuring various facets of the upcoming big day.
There’s guards in official uniform, a bouquet of flowers, a biscuit with a wedding dress on it, and even a special biscuit with ‘Harry and Meghan’ written on it, along with the date of their big day.
But if you’re worried about gobbling up all the biscuits before the wedding even arrives, fear not, as it also comes with a special, keepsake tin, with a spcial nod to Harry and Meghan’s royal wedding. How cute is that!
And if THAT weren’t enough, you can also pick up your very own adorable Harry and Meghan biscuits too! With a little ginger-topped Harry and a dark-haired Meghan, the pair are pretty recognisable. And these cute little sweet treats are on sale for just £12 too – an utter bargain.
The kitsch and cute retailer Cath Kidston has also weighed in on the royal wedding action, by launching their very own line of Harry and Meghan inspired memorabilia.
And we have to say – we want it all!
With prices starting at just £10, the collection is also super affordable. They all feature a very sweet Harry and Meghan heart logo, using mostly red white and blue colours, and a range of London-inspired symbols – pointing to Harry and Meghan’s newlywed base together.
On offer is a tea towel (of course) for £12, a mug for £10, and a plate at the same price, and a cute tote bag which is available for just £10 too! So which ones will you be adding to your shopping list?
So will you be picking up any of the royal wedding commemorative pieces?
