The sweet moment you may have missed in Prince Louis’ christening photos

More than two weeks after Prince Louis' christening, Kensington Palace have released the official photographs from the big day - and they are adorable.

Taken by photographer Matt Holyoak, the images show the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with their three children, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the Middleton family and Prince Charles and Camilla, looking pretty delighted following little Louis’ christening at St. James’s Palace.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have released five images in total – but there’s one adorable moment in one of the photos you may not have noticed.

In an adorable snap of William’s immediate family, including Charles, Camilla, Meghan and Harry, eagle-eyed fans have noticed a tender moment between Prince Louis and his older sister, Princess Charlotte.

In the photo, three-year-old Charlotte is seen gazing adoringly into her younger brother’s eyes, and sweetly clasping the baby’s tiny little hand. Doesn’t she look besotted!

Fans of the family commented on the sweet detail, with one saying, ‘Princess Charlotte is hold Prince Louis’ tiny hand 😍’.

Another wrote, ‘Look at Princess Charlotte keeping a watchful eye over her baby brother 😍 ‘.

Cheeky Prince George’s expression in the photo has also left fans giggling – happily, it looks like he’s delighted to be there.

A series of other photographs show the royals and the Middleton’s, including Catherine’s mum, dad, brother and sister, happily gathered in the Morning Room at Clarence House shortly after the ceremony in St. George’s Chapel.

And yet again, young Charlotte and George stole the show in the images – with their adorable, cheeky grins.

Aside from her wedding photos, the images also mark the first time the Duchess of Sussex has appeared in official royal pictures too.

Another intimate portrait was taken of the Duchess of Cambridge and her newborn, in the gardens of Clarence House – and it’s easy to see how smitten the royal is with her new baby.

The palace also shared an image of the five Cambridge family members – the first official photo ever taken of all of them.

Kensington Palace also released an additional, bonus photo to mark their youngest son’s christening, showing the first clear shot of Prince Louis’ face.

They said, ‘The Duke and Duchess hope that everyone enjoys this lovely photograph of Prince Louis as much as they do.’

And royal fans were indeed delighted by the image, flocking to social media, calling it the ‘cutest’ photograph.

One user wrote, ‘OMG that is the cutest photograph.. Prince Louis is adorable. Doesn’t Catherine look glowing..’

While another agreed, ‘Oh thank you so much! This picture outperform all the others! It’s so cute! Love to seeing him also awake! 😊😍’.
