Strictly Come Dancing reveals TWO new contestants for upcoming series

Strictly Come Dancing has revealed their two newest contestants.
The BBC dancing show took to their Instagram page to confirm the 13th and 14th contestants for this year’s run.
Unveiling the dancers in two separate posts on their page, they revealed that BBC Radio One DJ Dev Griffin and Olympic rower James Cracknell would be taking part in the series.
Speaking about his upcoming appearance on the show Dev, who joined BBC Radio One back in 2002 and now covers the radio’s Weekend Afternoon Show, said: ‘I just can’t believe I’m doing Strictly, it just doesn’t feel real yet!
‘It’s going to be so much fun, but just to be clear, I’m not doing this to take part, I’m totally in it to win it!’
He added: ‘I can’t wait to meet my partner and start practicing.’
Olympic gold medallist James, who is married to TV and radio presenter Beverley Turner, appeared on this morning’s Good Morning Britain to speak about his upcoming appearance on the show.
Chatting to GMB hosts Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway, he said: ‘The biggest challenge for me is gonna be to give myself permission to look stupid, fail, let myself off the leash.’
When discussing starting to train for the show he added: ‘I think it starts kicking off very soon, I’ve started to stretch a bit.’

Dev and James are the 13th and 14th contestants to be confirmed to take part in this year’s show – and we might not have to wait long for a full line-up, as each series usually has around 15 dancers.
The two new additions join a host of 12 competitors who have been revealed during the last week.
