Mary Berry And Mel & Sue Reunite For Exciting New BBC Show
When the Great British Bake Off announced its move over to Channel 4, and the fact that Mel, Sue and Mary Berry wouldn't be following it, most of us thought we'd never again see the Bake Off veterans reunited.
Although Mel & Sue are a famed double act, and have previously spoken about plans for them to work together again on The Generation Game, many viewers thought that the days of Mary/Mel/Sue were well and truly over.
But thankfully, it appears that all hope is not lost, as the threesome are set to reunite for a brand new BBC show!
The popular trio will come back together for a festive new programme set to air at Christmas time, called Mary, Mel and Sue's Surprise Party.
Mel, Mary and Sue will be surprising people at a local community centre in South Wales, which is said to be somewhat of a lifeline for elderly people and children alike.
The show will also reward worthy volunteers at the centre, in what's guaranteed to be a feel-good Christmas hit.
But while Mary won't be making a return to baking in the new programme, she will be rustling up a traditional Christmas dinner for the deserving residents, while Mel and Sue will be present with their classic cheer to create a festive backdrop for the party.

Speaking about the new show, Charlotte Moore, Director of BBC Content said, "What a lovely chance for BBC One to help bring a community together and give something back to some incredible volunteers this Christmas, especially when the surprise party is organised by Mary, Mel and Sue!"
David Brindley, Head of Commissioning, Popular Factual and Factual Entertainment added, "What could be a more joyful Christmas treat than reuniting the brilliant Mary, Mel and Sue around such a heart-warming, important event?
Sadly, their fellow former Bake Off colleague, Paul Hollywood, won't be joining them for the festivities.
Mary, Mel and Sue's Surprise Party will air this Christmas on BBC One, but a date and time for the show are yet to be announced.
