I'm a Celebrity's Naughty Boy accused of taking voting 'too personally'
Naughty Boy has already threatened to leave I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!
Naughty Boy has confessed that he's thinking of leaving I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!, after suffering a brutal first few days on the gritty reality show.
The British DJ, whose real name is Shahid Khan, is fast becoming one of the most talked-about contestants in the I'm a Celebrity 2021 lineup—and it's not exactly for a good reason. Naughty Boy has already threatened to quit the survival series, which is being filmed at Gwrych Castle in Wales, after accusing his fellow campers of treating him unfairly.
"I do think my time here is done," he said on Tuesday night's episode, much to the shock of viewers.
The London musician has been given a Baptism of Fire since stepping into the UK 'jungle' on Sunday (24 November), enduring bleak conditions in The Clink and facing devastating defeat in two separate challenges. Despite rumors that the I'm a Celeb contestants are being pampered, it seems Naughty Boy is feeling anything but comfort.
The 36-year-old's tolerance reached a peek after he had been selected by the Red Team, which includes Kadeena Kox, Frankie Bridge, Snoochie Shy, Louise Minchin, and Matty Leefor, to participate in a task alongside his Blue Teammate, David Ginola.
"I've done a challenge today already, why did they choose me?" he asked upon hearing the news. "Maybe they think I'm the weakest."
Frustrated and isolated, Naughty Boy went on to blast the other contestants for singling him out. "There’s no love here," he complained.

The record producer also admitted he's been concerned for his mother Zahida, who suffers from dementia, since entering the spooky castle. Naughty Boy turned down I'm a Celebrity 2020 to be with her throughout the lockdowns, but had continued to pine for another opportunity to take on the jungle.
“I was gutted I wasn’t able to do the show last year," he said.
“I am excited about going on I’m A Celebrity now. I want people to know the real me. I am not a celebrity at all. My music is the celebrity and now is the chance for me to show people what I am really like.”
After expressing such a positive attitude about the challenge, fans were surprised to see the musician's spirits dampen so soon into the series.
Why is Naughty Boy taking everything so personally #ImACelebNovember 23, 2021
#ImACeleb Naughty Boy really is taking it personally!They’ve only been in 24 hours!Am I missing something 🤷♀️November 23, 2021
Others were more understanding, reminding viewers that Naughty Boy is likely stressed over his mum's wellbeing.
Knowing what I do about caring for someone with dementia, if #naughtyboy has been his mum’s primary carer for the last few yrs I expect he’s experiencing extreme anxiety about how she’s coping with his absence. He looks tired, sad & vulnerable. #ImACelebrity should be concerned.November 24, 2021
