One celebrity baker disgusted fans of the Great British Bake Off during the Stand Up To Cancer celebrity special as they produced chocolate fondant puddings comparable to 'cow pats.'

In episode two of the Celebrity Bake Off, Laura Whitmore, Yung Filly, Gareth Malone, and Ruby Wax stepped into the tent to compete for the SU2C star baker prize. All of the celebrities were enthusiastic but unfortunately, not all of the Celebrity Bake Off cast of 2022 were particularly good at baking.

Despite his initial confidence, and referring to his cakes as a 'work of art'  and that he had 'already won', things started to go wrong once the celeb put his bakes in the oven and then realized he had forgotten to use flour.

Due to the lack of flour, the baker was unable to get his puddings to rise and once the baked were placed upside down, they splatted onto the presentation plate in a raw, unformed manner.

Judges Prue and Paul were horrified by this display and Paul commented, "wow this is a disaster, it's more mousse-like than cake-like." Prue added that it was a 'mess' but as it was for Stand Up to Cancer, it was really the thought that counted. The bakes from Laura Whitmore and Gareth Malone were also flat failures, but fortunately, they did remember to add flour.

Fans of the show were harsh when it came to judging Yung Filly for his horrendous technical challenge.

"Was this challenge to make cow pats?? #GBBO" asked one fan after seeing the disappointing fondant puddings from the bakers.

"Yung Filly thought he had those chocolate puddings wrapped up Then he served them #GBBO," joked another viewer.

"Nahhh Yung Filly on Bake Off is the funniest thing I’ve seen all week #GBBO" said another viewer who loved the chaos of the episode.

The next episode of the Celebrity Stand Up to Cancer Bake Off will see co-host Matt Lucas, DJ Annie Mac, comedian Ed Gamble, and rapper Example take to the tent for the baking challenge.

The special is set to take place on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, on Channel 4 at 8 pm.
