Gwyneth Paltrow swears by these eye patches and you can get them on Amazon
Goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow revealed these eye patches make a "huge difference"
If there’s one celebrity whose beauty advice we usually blindly follow, it is Academy Award-winning actor and Goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow—which is why we rushed to buy these eye patches after hearing her mention them during an Instagram Q&A live session just last week.
During the online event, Gwyneth, who admitted that she "went totally off the rails" during quarantine, was asked about her skincare routine before a photoshoot or some sort of big event. "I always use the Jillian Dempsey eye patches and vibrating gold bar," she said. "This combo makes a huge difference in the depuffing of my skin."
Hydrating eye masks, $75 | Jillian Dempsey
The 100% natural masks are infused with a milky pretic serum to reinforce the skin barrier around the eye area
The mentioned masks cost $75, come in a pack of ten, and are currently available on Amazon. We're not surprised they work so well—they're 100% natural, vegan, cruelty-free, and are soaked in a milky prebiotic serum that reinforces "the skin barrier around the delicate eye area," according to an official product description.
As for the vibrating gold bar that Gwyneth also mentioned during the Instagram Q&A, she is specifically referring to the Jillian Dempsey Sculpting Bar. The product supposedly mimics the effects of a facial massage, helping you relax and release tension in your face during each use. The bar, which costs $195, is also currently available on Amazon.
Gwyneth isn’t the only fan of Jillian Dempsey’s work and products. In addition to having her own skincare line, the makeup artist has worked alongside other stars like Kate Winslet, Jennifer Lawrence, and Kristen Stewart.
Fun fact: Jillian is married to beloved former Grey's Anatomy actor Patrick Dempsey. The two tied the knot back in 1999 and are parents to three children: Talula, 20, and 15-year-old twins Darby and Sullivan.
Although a lot of experts have criticized Gwyneth's skincare routine throughout the years, we find these two particular products to be safe to use at home—especially if they’ll get us one step closer to looking as relaxed, put-together, and rejuvenated as the 49-year-old actor usually does.
