M&S ContourWear Non-Wired Plunge Bra Review: 'The perfect balance of support and style'
This smoothing bra from Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's collection for M&S is comfy, chic and super flattering
The seamless design and smooth shaped cups on this bra create a sleek and flattering shape at the front and back, and it provided plenty of hold even though its non-wired. I'm amazed that its only £26!

Why you can trust Woman & Home
I have a real love-hate relationship with bras. I like the support and lift they create for my boobs, but I often find them uncomfortable, and I will count down the minutes until I can get home and whip it off again.
This has all changed though, especially when shopping for the best bras for back fat and overall support - as I think I’ve found the ultimate comfy-meets-chic bra, with this gorgeous ContourWear Smoothing bra from M&S.

Marks and Spencer has been loved and well trusted for its lingerie range for decades, and whether you’re on the hunt for the best bra for large busts or the best minimiser styles, you will find what you’re looking for in their extensive collection that covers an amazing range of sizes and styles.
The bra I tried is from Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s collection for the popular British clothing brand, and it promises to create a smooth and sleek silhouette while being flattering at the front and back. Its wire-free and uses smooth padding in the cups to create support and shape while being soft to touch. I wore it for a full day, and considered the fabric, shape, support and overall comfort as well as how neatly it sat under clothes and at the back.

M&S ContourWear Non-Wired Plunge review: Comfort & Fit
I was unsure about the non-wired design, as although my 38B chest isn’t the largest, I definitely prefer to have some proper hold when I’m out and about all day. I needn’t have worried though, as this brilliant bra lifted my bust well and kept my boobs under control (even when chasing around after my toddler at the park!), and the lightly padded cups created a smooth and natural looking shape. its made from a polyester and elastane mix which meant it wasn't too rigid and felt very soft against skin. I found the non-wired designed amazingly comfy, and I genuinely forgot I was wearing it! I actually kept it on until bedtime without a single complaint or the need to yank it down or readjust it throughout the day.
As well as ticking the support boxes, this bra was also brilliantly smoothing, thanks to the wider back straps and seamless design. The bigger lace panels at the back sat really well without digging in, and it was super flattering if you worry about back fat or unwanted lumps when wearing tighter fitting clothing. It had a sleek feel all round that was completely invisible under my tops and dresses.
M&S ContourWear Non-Wired Plunge review: Style
One of the things I liked the most about this bra, is the very simple yet stylish design, and the delicate, lacy back panels and plunge front added a subtle sexy spin to it without being too much for every day wear. The glossy black fabric was complimented nicely by the rose gold clasps at the back. It's fuss-free yet very chic and will sit well on various bust sizes nicely.
M&S ContourWear Non-Wired Plunge review: Care
I wore this bra for a full day and I have gone back and worn again, and i've been impressed with how well its held it shape and support. I hand washed it and it held up well - very quick drying fabric and still looks like new.
M&S ContourWear Non-Wired Plunge review: Verdict
I’ve tried a lot for bras over the years, and this is genuinely up there as one of the best – it’s the perfect balance of support and style, and created zero lumps and bumps under my arms or at the back. It's a great everyday bra, that is brilliantly comfortable to wear and wont break the bank. My love-hate relationship with the lingerie staple is definitely leaning a little more to the love side of things after this find.
