Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are 'proud' of their achievements since stepping down as senior royals
Finding Freedom, a biography on the couple, was released last year

An updated version of a royal biography has revealed just how happy and proud the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are - after their departure from the royal family.
- A revised version of the book Finding Freedom, released next week, will centre on Meghan and Harry's decision to leave the royal family.
- The book will also discuss Harry's relationship with his brother William.
- In other royal news, Princess Diana's statue will be open to the public, for this heartbreaking reason
Megan and Harry stepped down as senior royals last year and revealed their struggle to leave the royal family with an explosive interview with Oprah earlier this year.
However, the updated version of the unauthorized Sunday Times bestseller book, which has spoken to sources close to the couple, reveal that Meghan and Harry are 'proud' of how far they've come since they turned their backs on royal life.
Authors of the book's new epilogue Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand say: "As difficult as recent years have been, sources close to the Sussexes say that neither Harry nor Meghan have any regrets about the decisions they have made."
Meghan recently released her first children's book called the Bench, while the couple has also signed deals with Netflix and Spotify.

An extract of the biography, which was originally published last April and has not been approved by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, in Town and Country says the couple have 'no regrets' about striking out on their own.
While the authors of the book, Scobie and Durand, go on to say that these accomplishments prove that the couple "have made the right decision to step back from royal roles, not only for their family but for their focus on social issues and helping the world."
In the new epilogue, the authors also discuss Prince Harry's reaction after being denied the chance to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph in London where the royal family remembers fallen military men who have died in the line of duty.
They write that Harry had a wreath prepared for the event, “but as the day came and went, Harry’s gesture remained in its box at the charity’s headquarters in Kent.”
The updated version of the book comes as it was reported, by a royal insider, last week, that The Queen is planning a 'legal fightback' following Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's 'hurtful attacks.'
The Sun reported that Buckingham Palace's legal team are consulting with libel and privacy experts following repeated criticisms brought against the Royal Family by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, with a source claiming that the Palace has reached their "limit".
