The mansion used in the Emmy award-winning show Schitt’s Creek has just gone up for sale for a whopping $15 million.

The property featured at the beginning of the first series is on the market for $14.98million. The property has 14 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, and your very own screening room!

In the show, the property was the home of the Rose family before they lost all of their money and had to relocate to Schitt’s Creek and live in a motel. The building is the height of luxury and could be all yours if you are a multimillionaire!

The property is located in Ontario in Canada and was used in the show at the very beginning of the series when the Rose family still had their fortune. The home spans a massive 24,000 square feet and oozes luxury and glamour, fit for Moira Rose herself!

The sixth and final series of Schitt’s Creek aired in August 2020 and concluded the hilarious comedy series. The last series set records as it won in all four of the major Emmy categories. These categories include Outstanding Lead Actor, Outstanding Lead Actress, Outstanding Supporting Actor and Outstanding Supporting Actress.

Schitt’s Creek was also one of only four shows where all of the main actors have won at least one Emmy Award. Awards were given to the main cast - and members of the Rose family -  Eugene Levy, Daniel Levy, Catherine O’Hara and Annie Murphy.

Fans loved the final series of the show and are desperate for the series to continue. Daniel Levy (aka David Rose) said in an interview that he thought the series finished in a perfect way, but a Schitt’s Creek film could be on the cards.

Daniel revealed, “To be honest this is the best way we could have ever ended the show,” the Schitt’s Creek star continued, “If there is an idea that pops into my head it has to be really freaking good because this is a nice way to say goodbye. Fingers crossed we get a nice idea popping into our head soon….I would love to work with these people again.”

Although we may not be able to see the Schitt’s Creek cast in action anytime soon, we can still binge the whole series online. Plus if you have $15million spare you can go and live out your Schitt’s Creek dreams in their actual house!
