Many people turned to doing up their gardens to pass the time during the first lockdown, and Holly Willoughby is no exception.

In 2020, the presenter took up gardening and gave growing her own vegetables a go – and it seems she's making a return to the pastime in 2021. Holly has now shared a new snap of her garden a year on, and it's inspiring many of her fans to get green fingered, too.

Sharing a snap from her London home on Instagram, she wrote, "Well... lets try this again... not much success in 2020... keeps the snails and squirrels happy anyhow..." complete with a string of nature-themed emojis.

Fans were delighted to see the presenter getting to grips with nature again, flooding the picture with hundreds of supportive comments

"Could start your own allotment," wrote one, while another added, "Good luck with it Holly".

Others advised the presented to cover the plants with net to keep squirrels away, and use broken egg shells around them to stop snails from getting to them.

A few famous faces also left positive messages for Holly, including Jamie Oliver and even CBBC's Hacker the dog.

With the lovely weather we're having, we think we'll join Holly in tending to our gardens this week!
