Holly Willoughby has been busy putting the finishing touches to her upcoming book, Reflections.

This Morning star Holly utilised the glorious weather over the weekend to sit in the garden with the manuscript of her book, Reflections.

Dropping a major hint that the book is nearly ready to hit bookshelves, Holly wrote, "Saturday’s in the sunshine… it doesn’t get any better… using the time to make the final edits to my book ‘Reflections’… going through the manuscript, adding, clarifying, tweaking… getting it just perfect for you… not too much longer now… it’s available to preorder and the link is above in my bio… #reflections 📖 🖊 ✨"

The 40-year-old's tell-all book promises to cover body image, burnout and her life in the public eye.

Announcing the personal project earlier this year, Holly—who could be having her salary increased at ITV—revealed, "This is a message I’ve been looking forward to sending... I’ve been working on a very special project - a book!

"Writing is such a personal process and between these pages you will find many little pieces of me. The book is called Reflections and is essentially thoughts and musings from me on inner and outer beauty.

"We live in a world where so much is about how we present ourselves on the outside and there is fun to be had here but true beauty comes from within… there is an alignment that needs to happen and finding that balance hasn’t always felt so easy."

Holly's passion project comes after her best friend and on-screen telly partner, Philip Schofield called their friendship "therapy" after he came out as gay last year.

Reflecting on presenting This Morning throughout the pandemic, just months after announcing his sexuality, he told the Telegraph, "To think how lucky I am to have been able to have worked through all of this [and] to have had the therapy that Holly's given me all the way through."

"Every person I tell it gets a little lighter and a little lighter, at the same time I have made this decision which is essential for me and essential for my head and that is principally the reason I have done this. They have been supportive while we get to this moment because we all know it was coming."
