Meghan Markle is constantly traveling, most recently when the Duchess and her husband Prince Harry were invited to the Queen's Jubilee, and likes to take her home comforts with her wherever she goes.
This includes a very healthy kitchen accessory - her Vitamix blender, a kitchen gadget that she can make smoothies and juices in. "It was one of the things where I was like I cannot travel without my Vitamix. It's like a commercial at this point. But I use it every day for pestos or shakes. Okay, now that's too much. I need to stop."
The royal, who is due to join her husband Prince Harry in New York for this exciting public appearance, even revealed one of her favourite recipies that she loves to make in the blender.
She admitted on the today show Today: "If I blend some apple, kale, spinach, lemon, and ginger in my Vitamix in the morning and bring it to work, I always find that sipping on that is a much better boost than a cup of espresso."
